Literally the worst CRM I've ever used

Literally the worst CRM I've ever used. Lost so much money and data by using them. Missing invoices, broken functionality. an excel spreadsheet is a better solution than this. do yourself a favor and stay far far far away. whoever is their CTO needs to be terminated immediately. also after dealing with all these issues for months, I asked them to refund some of the monthly payment. they refunded be $60. a slap to the face.
