I ordered 1 year ago. I used to order from them all the time. Suddenly there was no communication and when I requested a refund (which they advertise on their website) or for them to send the order, we still got ignored. Took our money and ran. I wouldn't dare place an order with them. My wife was very upset, having used this company for years. We still have the order number and screenshots of the order.

Im not a regular customer but when I do make the occasional order I will always receive my products straight away 😀

They have a small set of customers whom they supply genuine goods. But they have not the stock to sell to those they consider non essential customers. You will receive fakes… as some of the positive reviews are as they make their own reviews. So i will investigate these scamming scum.
