Unfortunately, we didn't have a good experience with Inspectaman. The report was adequate (and that's why we didn't give them just one star), but two essential points that we previously agreed upon were not met: 1st) the number of units evaluated was lower than what was agreed/paid (regardless of what the AQL parameters); which in the end ended up costing us much more per unit; 2nd) the lack of use of any special strap to separate the defective units. In the end, to make matters worse, there was a huge lack of communication. In short, they did not comply with previously agreed essential points for us.
Efficient and cost effective! Inspectaman comes through every time. Just make sure you have a detailed inspection criteria and they will follow it.

I have been using Inspectaman services for a couple of years. I have always found it easy to communicate with them and the pricing is fair. They really can get to the factory in a short time and get the job done. I receive a professional report at the end of each inspection. I would say the main things are comprehensive reports, fast service, fair pricing, and good communication.

I had a bad experience with my products always been brought back by the customers and refunding them for my Amazon fba store ,But the shipping companies i was working with used to charge me for inspection.
Meaning the shipping company does not specifically give inspection services and don't dedicate their time too.
Until a friend advised me to use an independent inspection company that will devort it's time and ensure that the products are to the best of quality, she too introduced me to inspecataman, of which I engaged in to their services and have found joy from their services.
