Bad quality , No returns
I wish I had known before purchasing that any return would have to be shipped back to the United States. Had this information been clearly stated on the website, I would never have ordered the case in the first place. The return shipping cost from Europe is around €25, which makes the refund policy practically unusable for international customers.
The case quality is far below what I expected and comparable to very cheap cases that can be purchased online for a fraction of the price. The print quality looks low-end, and the case does not fully protect the phone as advertised. I even showed it to several friends without telling them my opinion first, and all of them agreed they would not use it due to the poor quality and inadequate protection.
What makes this experience even more frustrating is that although the company advertises a satisfaction guarantee and full refund option, returning the product is not a realistic solution for customers outside the US because of the excessive shipping costs. No alternative solution, flexibility, or reasonable compromise was offered.
As a result, I have spent €35 on a product I will never use and will likely have to sell at a significant loss just to recover a few euros. This has been one of the most disappointing online purchases I have made, and unfortunately I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
