Insurance renewed without hassle
My insurance was renewed automatically without any fuss and I am more than happy with this. I have not yet needed to claim on my insurance (touch wood) so am not able to give any feedback on the way claims are dealt with.

I cannot recomend enough
I found Inspire after the AA tried to hike our block of flats buildings insurance to £1900 for no reason at all. Inspire got it down to around £600. They then halved the insurance on the next block I moved into - from £4k per year with Axa to just under £2k. Honestly I could not recommend this team more for buildings insurance on blocks of flats. I even went to them for my home insurance because the service has been so good. Special mention to Cauldrick who kept me on the phone long enough to show me he could get me a better deal than the insurers I was about to go with.

We’re sorry to see your recent review.
Upon receiving your feedback, we investigated your policy thoroughly. We can see that you elected for a lower limit in April. In December we quoted an increased limit which was due to a new contract/tender you required this for. During this quotation it became clear that this contract was in Europe, which your original policy would not adequately cover you for, as during the quotation process you stated that you only completed UK-based works. It appears that we have correctly insured you based on the information provided, and therefore feel that your review is unfair. We will take this situation on board in the future when discussing international works with clients, as it appears a misunderstanding of the location of works and location of turnover was the reason for the policy not suitably covering your overseas work. We do have a number of clients that have overseas income, and we're pleased to report that your case is an isolated occurrence.
We’d like your feedback as to how we can improve this conversation in future, if we can amend our forms or discussions to make this question clearer in the future. Glad we made the change
From the beginning of our recent claim, we have found all of the staff to be very helpful & cooperative. We only changed insurers last September and have to say we made the right choice. Would not hesitate to recommend your company.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with inspire Insurance.The customer service from Cauldrick for getting us a taylor made fleet policy was second to none and he went above and beyond to help us get a great deal, and then Emma in accounts was brilliant with advice and finalising our policy.
