when a quotation is requested, it should include admin costs etc., instead of notifying the customer later, after accepting the quote, as this may then may not be competitive!!

I have dealt with numerous Companies over the years for Bonds and can only say I wish I'd found Inspire Insurance years ago. The Customer Service is outstanding. Emma & Becky are beyond helpful and their knowledge makes my job so much easier.

We have had both van and commercial insurance through Inspire and while the other times have been a positive experience, this time it wasn't the case. We had a very high renewal quote through Inspire for our Van insurance which led us to shop around. When we found a cheaper option we went back to Inspire to say thanks for the renewal quote, but we will be using someone else this time around as they are cheaper. We were told as we had taken the time to find an actual cheaper quote they could put this to the insurance company and hopefully lower the renewal quote, and this is what they did. It was only later that day we realised we had forgotten to add something to the insurance so we informed our broker as soon as we remembered. The new quote we had was already a bit higher than the other we had found ourselves, so we knew once they added on what we needed it was only going to go up. So instead of going through all that I thanked Gemma for her time, sincerely, but informed her we would probably just go with the other quote as it was already cheaper. I must add all of this correspondence took place before the actual renewal date, so as far as I am concerned we did not renew, we did not sign anything nor pay anything, nor confirm anything. We then received a rather snotty and rude email from Gemma stating how 'disappointed' (which came across more annoyance) she was that we wanted to go with some one else, how they had an unfair advantage and how much she had helped us with the best quote, which she didn't as the original quote was £700.00 more in the first place. It is only because we found a cheaper quote that she tried to get the price down. We have since received another email stating we will have to pay cancellation fees, even though as stated before, all this happened before the renewal date. I am very disappointed with the service we received at the end of all of this, and I am not likely to use Inspire again which is a shame as I feel it was all very unnecessary.

I have just renewed my Insurance Cover with Inspire Insurance for the third year. My previous employer recommended them and I have had consistent quotes year on year. The service is good too, swift and as yet, I have not had to call on them for any type of claim.
I can highly recommend as the cover that I have had for the cost suits my budget.
