Take my advise and shop elsewhere

Item ordered but last in stock and was damaged, emailed to say would not send and would check with supplier as to when next delivery expected. Item back in stock the following week and dispatched the next working day, emails informing us of progress and offering refund if required. Great customer service

Fantastic piece of kit

Fantastic piece of kit, essential if you have an older dog that still loves getting out but is struggling to make it all the way and rests frequently. My German Shepherd, who everyone thought would never get in it, hopped in and couldn’t believe his luck that part of the walk could now incorporate a rest whilst still getting out further afield. We had been avoiding the longer walks because he couldn’t make it but now he seems to be super happy to be getting out again. The buggy is strong, easy to transport as it folds down and is great value for money. It was delivered in a timely manner and communications on delivery were clear.

Please can you double check the company name for this review?

I've owned Inspirely since February this year, and we have only had 1 report of a missing item, which was replaced free of charge and the customer confirmed receipt.

We have no orders under the name of 'Hall', and no emails in our inbox, spam or on our phone line to say another item is missing, if you were leaving this on behalf of someone else.

I'm sure you can appreciate a 1* review is very damaging to a small business reputation, and it's very upsetting when we have no idea what this review related to.

Chair bed

My purchase came a day early and it is far better than it looks on the photo.
I have ordered from inspirely quite a few times and never had a bad experience.

I'm really sorry to see that the shed wasn't up to our usual standards.

If you had contacted us about missing parts we could have either sent them out, or arranged for an entire replacement depending on what was missing.
Unfortunately, as this is the first I've heard of the issue I wasn't given a chance to put it right, which I would have been happy to.

I'm afraid as we sell but don't manufacture the sheds, the instructions aren't made by us- but I will pass your feedback on to the supplier.

Shame about customer services

Pleased with the product and delivery, however, I contacted customer services on two occasions was promised a return call each time. Nothing!. No call received. Dates = 29 & 30/01/24

I had tried to buy a particular set of…

I had tried to buy a particular set of bar stools on line but so many companies would not post to Northern Ireland. I'm Pleased to say Inspirely did! The offered the bar stools at a very competitive price and shipped to NI. Not only did I get value for money for my items but the arrived 5 days before the estimated delivery date. The courier was really helpful too, bringing the items into the house as they were heavy. I wouldn't hesitate to use Inspirely again.
