Amazing door—it fits perfectly and looks fantastic. The quality is excellent. Delivery took a bit longer , but we didn’t mind waiting. It was definitely worth it and great value for the price.

When ordering the doors, I was informed that the order would be fulfilled within 30 days. After waiting, I emailed the company. The return emails were always equally unpleasant and lacking any information or specifics. The communication is terrible, with no information and overwhelming the customer. I sometimes had to sent two emails to receive any information. Three days before receiving the door, I received an email strongly recommending that someone be at home because the courier would need help unloading. It's a joke paying over £100 for delivery and you still have to be home to help? I understand be at home to reveived the door but not help lifting. I highly recommend the doors; they are sturdy and worth the price, but I would order them from a different supplier.

Very happy with our new front door. 1m wide steel door in walnut effect, with mirror sidelights. Made to measure and fitted really well. Had so many compliments from friends and family. Looks really expensive. Good communication through the process and they sent us free samples of the different colour options. From ordering to delivery was quite long time (around 9 weeks), but fine given the quality and made to measure.
Initially was little apprehensive due to the low number of Trustpilot reviews and, because the factory is in Europe, most customer reviews on their website were not from UK. But happy went with them and would recommend.

Beautiful door and side panel arrived in perfect condition and fitted perfectly.

We love the door we purchased, it's a real heavy duty door and looks great. The company were very helpful with any questions and queries we had and delivery was very smooth.

I must admit i was very nervous about using this company as i couldn't find much out about it and the only payment methods they accepted were direct bank transfer or Paypal which i thought a little unusual. I eventually chose a door given i couldn't beat the price by a long way and elected for the security of using Paypal. I paid 50% upfront and the remainder on delivery. Thankfully i read the delivery time details and was aware of and accepted the parameters. Exactly to the day of delivery forecast i received a call to say my delivery was 30mins away. This was at 9pm at night and i was surprised to meet a very nice delivery driver from Poland. It turns out the Doors are produced in Poland and the reason for the reasonably long delivery time is they gather orders before one big UK tour to deliver. I was required to make the final payment using my Paypal App before he would hand over the door. Given the time of day and darkness i was a little worried i hadn't had time to unpackage the door and check its condition before he left. I really need not have worried as when i did unpack it the next day i was immediately impressed with the quality of the packaging (a work of art in its self). In side was very high quality door and side lights. We went for a Walnut effect with smoked mirror glass. It looks stunning and way more expensive than it actually was. Ive had numerous compliments about how it looks. The door and frame were very easy to install and all fittings were included. Its a heavy duty item and feels quality. On the side of the packaging was the manufacturers sticker and when i looked them up online i found several really comprehensive installation videos. Not sure why Inspiro dont have them on their website. Just a few things i learnt which others may need to consider is the door isnt locked in the normal manner seen on UK doors ie. lifting multipoint. It has two multi barrel locks which are very secure and the bottom can be electrically controlled. Just one word of warning the smoked missor glass restricts quite a bit of light coming through and the doors are quite tall in the frame so you must ensure the door wont hit any ceiling obstructions when it opens. Additionally i wanted the door to sit on a cill as its elevated over steps externally. Inspiro were unable to supply a cill so i purchased a 150mm Aluminium anthracite grey cill from a local window supplyer for around & £75 and it fitted perfectly. Would highly recommend these doors

Very pleased with my new door and the service provided by the company. My only issue is that only one person delivered the door and it would have been too heavy for me to help lifting and was lucky my neighbour could help. Maybe a second person needed for delivery

THE DOOR LEAKS !!!! No drain holes on exterior door! Must Read this.

Not only did the door take twice as long as it was supposed to which I could live with (even when delivery was 9pm on a Friday night) . I could also even live with the damage on the door (several visible marks). Which the company told me was impossible due to their high standards. It was damaged !

However there is one thing I can not live with. There are no drain holes on the door so the rain comes inside as there is no where for water to go.

I reported this to the company who said they would send some sort of deflector. They didn’t !

I contacted them a Second time and was told it was an internal door so it wouldn’t need drain holes and they would get back to me again by sending something. They haven’t !

It is an exterior door . The photos on the website show it is an exterior door and a £2000 door at that.

This door is therefore not fit for purpose and I will be contact the relevant authorities to protect others.

A terrible service from start to finish.

Late . Damaged and leaks! What more could you want for £2000.

Be warned.

On the plus side, Inspiro Door is very good quality and looks great. We are very pleased with it.
On the minus side, Door took longer to arrive than we expected and the communication regarding this could have been better. I felt we had to keep chasing for a response. After being let down by our Carpenter we decided to fit the door ourselves. Eventually we worked out the instructions which were in Polish but no response to our request for instructions in English.
