Liars stay away from these and one if their sellers Instajunction dreadful full of false promises completely ruined a special day

Ordered a personalised apron for the other half. He is yet to use it but it looks really nice and good quality, just hope it washes ok. It arrived just in the nick of time (xmas eve) as it was a Christmas present, so not the 3-5 days as detailed in the email which I received from Instajunction. So was worrying upto xmas eve that it wasn't going to arrive. I did send an email to Instajunction asking if they had posted it but didn't receive a response. We got it though and thats the main thing!

Order Christmas jumpers for my children for jumper day in school. Ordered in plenty of time. Never arrived. Terrible customer service. Shocked to see such a terrible company on the next website. I am sure it won’t last long now, the amount of complaints through next regarding this company is ridiculous!

The order never turned up - despite their claims to have sent it (twice). Not reliable.

Never received my order. Emailed them 3 times. They just kept saying that it was probably delivered and that maybe my neighbors got it by accident. I finally got my money back from Amazon after calling them 4 times. Never again will I order from Insajunction. Terrible experience.

I ordered photo-bunting from instajunction for my daughter's birthday and can't recommend them enough. Brilliant customer service, immediate response to queries, very reasonable price, very caring attitude from staff plus an obvious commitment to ensuring the customer is entirely happy with the outcome. The photos and bunting kit arrived on time and everyone at the party was absolutely thrilled with them. It was wonderful for guests to see photos of themselves displayed as bunting around the venue. Thanks a million, Instajunction!
