I recently moved in to my house and decided to have solar panels with batteries fitted. I had Instillio do the installing. I found that the team worked well together and was respectfull of my property. When finished, everything was working fine and they took the time to help me download app and explain the system to me. They were a great team nice and friendly.

I was very happy with my experience with Installio. I got many more panels and a much bigger battery with them than I would have got from the other company that quoted me. The quote process was easy and the team kept me abreast of any issues or changes ahead the installation. The team who installed the system were very friendly and professional and the whole process was quick and painless. Their use of IT made the process of providing me with documents and enabling payment made things simple there too. I’m delighted with the energy savings I’m making and would recommend Installio to family and friends

A great team. Who did an excellent job fitting our heatpump in a victorian house- from start to finish the support and work has been great and I have felt very informed at all stages. They did a full assessment of the house initially to be sure I had the best heatpump to work most efficiently for the house.

From the first contact to the design visit with a detailed explanation of our options and the recommendations for the optimum system for our circumstances to the swift installation it was a great experience from Installio and their installation team. Amazing solar install. Really pleased with the end result but even more impressed with the service.

Installio were great from the start. Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable and helpful, no one pressured me at all, their quote process is really good, online and with Google earth images of the top of my house with solar panels mocked up on it, you name it. The installation is tidy, they were super respectful of the house and garden while carrying it out, and the system is working great. I’ve recommended them to lots of people already!

We've had a great experience with Installio. From their extensive heat loss survey to their meticulous heat pump system design process : everyone on their team was highly knowledgeable, professional and absolutely committed to delivering a heat pump system that is well-designed and operates as intended. They also put up with our endless questions and seemed genuinely excited by what they're doing. We're really happy with our new system and now get 24/7 heating over the colder months for a similar monthly energy spend than our gas boiler on a heavily reduced timer schedule. Mental! If you're going to get a heat pump system, you need a highly competent, reliable installer and these guys are a great option. 5/5

Really pleased with the heat pump installation Installio did for us. From the first survey to the final handover everything was clearly explained, with no pressure and no hidden extras added to the original quote, which made budgeting straightforward and gave real confidence in the price.

The engineers who carried out the install were excellent: punctual, tidy, and clearly knew what they were doing. They talked us through each stage, answered every question, and left the property spotless once the work was finished.

The whole process, from initial survey to completed installation, moved much faster than we expected, with good communication throughout so we always knew what was happening and when.

Since the install, the system has been monitored and supported well, and any questions we've had afterwards have been answered promptly. It's clear Installio think about the whole journey, not just the installation day itself.

Would happily recommend them to anyone considering a heat pump.

Brilliant service end to end. The whole process was smooth and the customer service great. Installation was quick and they cleaned up everything. Highly recommend!

Well the survey and quote process went well and all seem fine until after the installation. Had to get the electrician back to get the Controls working with the Wi-fi controller and the Vaillant MP app.
Then we tried to test the heating before paying the invoice and an Engineer had to attended to get the Heat Pump configured for the heating to come on and prove it worked. Happy we paid the invoice.
10 days later the Hot Water stopped working with the Calendar setup and they don't seem to know how to resolve this.
There fault finding process does not appear to work verry well and no urgency to there customer support, its a disappointment. Not sure why Good Energy have a relationship with them ....
update 31/7 - so after a bit of pushing they have now resolved everything (with help from Vaillant - The heat pump support) so I would now give them a 3/5 (started as a 22/5) though still disappointed that I had to chase to get issues resolved.
next step is to see it working properly when we need the heating ...
