Starlink Installation
We required a Starlink installation for a rural property. The order process was easy via WhatsApp and provided all of the information I needed both about Starlink and the installation process.
All questions about my specific requirements were answered and the information that was requested of me demonstrated that Install Pros understood my requirements. The advice they provided demonstrated that they were experienced installers.
Install Pros said they would provide the Starlink hardware and we scheduled an installation date for the following week.
The installers did a great job, asked for our input when decisions needed to be made and kept me updated throughout the process.
The whol experience was exactly as it should be from beginning to end. We were very happy with the result.

Luke arrived just after 3pm and got straight on with the installation. We were all really impressed with his lovely, reassuring manner and how he explained everything. He left two hours later with two more jobs to go to before completing his paperwork for the day.

Disappointing so far!
Install team were late. Didn’t seem to be sure of what they were to do, a bit unprofessional.
Coverage very inconsistent, dropping out regularly! No coverage at all in some areas of dwelling house.
