I had a slight issue with my Starlink…
I had a slight issue with my Starlink and network. I sent out a message on their what's app message service and within minutes i had a professional talking me through some issues that had appeared. After around 10 mins the issue had been sorted and I was back up and running. I cannot recommend Install Pros enough.

The staff at Install Pros were very attentive to our needs, understood what we required from our package and advised us on this….the process was almost seamless from initial contact, to ordering, confirming the order and installation - the only slight hiccup was installation was delayed due to a “missing” part somewhere during the process, but again this was sorted expeditiously by our contact at Install Pros.

Great communication. Clear expiation of product, service and price. Installation was completed within 4 days of first contact and the results are outstanding. ⭐ Very disappointed – avoid this company
I was looking to install Starlink at our rural property.
When I searched on Google, Starlink Install Pros came up at the top of the results, I clicked on it thinking it was Starlink and followed the steps to check if Starlink would work in our location.
After answering some WhatsApp questions, I was given the option to call. During the call, I was taken down the route of purchasing a full installation for £1,600 – which is absolutely ridiculous, as most of what they offered comes standard with the Starlink kit itself, which costs around £300 direct from Starlink.
After speaking with my son, I realised this wasn’t right and immediately cancelled. I’m now waiting for my refund, 2nd day - I have now ordered the full residential kit and we will install ourselves
For anyone considering Starlink – you can order and install it yourself very easily, without paying inflated prices. Just buy directly from Starlink and pay the £70 monthly subscription.
