Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Julie. We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused on this delivery.
Our standard service is a kerbside delivery, and any placement beyond this is at the driver’s discretion on the day, depending on access and safety. If customers have a preferred drop-off location, we’re always happy to note this in advance if you let us know before delivery, although we can’t guarantee it in every situation.
We really appreciate your comments, as they help us improve our service, and we hope to be able to provide a smoother experience next time.
Kind regards,
The Instant Logs Team

The logs are great
The logs are great, good size and burn slowly. A more specific time for their arrival would be so helpful. The men bringing them were pleasant and strong, even at 9’30 pm !
