Today my 2000 euro withdrawal amount…

Today my 2000 euro withdrawal amount has been cancelled by the instantpay team saying while providing the bonus they had made the mistake and provided the wrong bonus. As I'm bring it into your notice that, if we won some and while coming for withdrawal all this questions will arise as i have wagered 10000 euro to convert the bonus money into real cash and spent more than 10 to 12 hours.
How can they make a such an error while providing bonus or while providing information with the customers. If this is the mistake by team instantpay they have to pay for it.
This is such a ridiculous incident which happened to me, and needs to be released my winning amount of 2000 euros to my Skrill account without any delay.
