Brilliant service yet again. Ordered a new camera and lens kit and in 4 days it arrived. Not the first time I have bought from these guys and will definitely buy from them again.

Very quick efficient service with good communication. Lens delivered when promised, well packaged and at excellent price. Highly recommended.

Absolutely first class customer service. I ordered a lens and on reading some last minute reviews suddenly had second thoughts. I contacted instashot and asked if I could change my order. They suggested that shipment was already in process but managed to contact the courier and have the lens returned. They then changed my order (including a refund for the cost difference between the lenses) and promptly delivered my preferred lens. Can't speak highly enough of the service offered.

I should have read the other reviews on this site before paying over £2000 for goods I’ve yet to receive. Web site said delivery 2-4 days. After 5 days I’m told stock is out so should be despatched in next 3 days. Still no camera. If you check your account on their website it shows as order being fulfilled which is false. I believe their challenge is all stock imported from Japan, so clearly it can take a while. I just wish organisations like this would be honest with customers and not pretend to operate like a UK shop if actually orders are fulfilled from abroad. If you’re happy to wait and take a risk, it seems there are plenty of people who get their goods, but if you’re looking to get something quickly, don’t bother.

I must admit the service was first class, although I didn’t expect it coming from Hong Kong. Still the delivery was faster than some I have purchased from London! So I give it five star! The Camera I purchased is fantastic just what I expected!
