Great service
Prompt warranty payment and very helpful

A little hesitant to place my order but looking at other previews I bit the bullet and am a very happy customer now having received my lens. Instashot was great and I am very happy with the product, I would definitely recommend it to others and buy again from them.

The only part that was a let down was UPS, whose tracking indicated that my parcel should be with me by 10:30am then allegedly attempted to deliver at 8:48am but tracking indicated "customer was not available". The delivery address has 24hr reception coverage to accept parcels and I was in the building, my guess is that UPS wouldn't have been able to drop of at promised time, so instead shifted blame to customer and essentially sold a product they fail to deliver (time and time again I imagine).

There was a problem with the delivery but they went to some effort to sort it out very quickly.

This is one store that continues to impress us, no matter how many times we buy from them. Nothing and no one compares to them. They are incomparable. Now we have been buying from them for quite some time and we aim to keep on buying. Their service is Impeccable. This time however, they went one further. We needed a camera in 4 days, we payed for it on the 20th. and we got it on Christmas eve in Malta, with no hassle and no extra charges. If that is not 5 (or 6) star, I don't know what is. Good show guys.

Item arrived in a couple of days. Seems perfect. A note of caution is not to rush to unpack it as the transit from a cold delivery van to a heated house invites condensation!

This is my third purchase from Instashot,having previously ordered a Nikon D850 and a Tamron 24-70mm F2.8 G2 lens from them. As usual the service was excellent. I placed the order on Saturday night and the Nikon 70-200mm f4 lens was with me the following Thursday.

Be careful.. The address they have given in their website and in their invoice is wrong. when/ if any thing goes wrong you will have no one to contact.. They just disappear..

very risky company to buy anything..I bought a camera for £2625 from instashot camera store.. I received neither the camera nor the refund. I had to complain to UK fair trading via the citizen advise buro.

Never buy anything.. if anything goes wrong they have neither phone number nor proper address. Only contact you have is the email address and they do not correspond if anything goes wrong.

Non UK retailer dispite advertising otherwise.

Items were received, however if I had known these were in Hong Kong I would not have ordered.

Nikon D750 is genuine and Instashot Camera have reasonably / competitively priced the camera. Searial numbers can be checked on orginal Nikon site to ensure authenticity. Instashot camera was priced cheaper than other outlets, which gives a saving to all consumers. This is a robust self loading and automatic camera, which can connect to a speed light flash on or off the camera. Any Saving for a buyer at Christmas time is fantastic. Five star rated. RMGB.

Initially, I was worried that the tracking said my camera was coming from Hong Kong. However, it arrived on time and there were no hidden or unexpected costs. The camera was well packaged and undamaged. Having had a good buying experience with Instashot I would certainly consider buying from them again. I did find other online retailers with whom I could have saved a little more, but Instashot's reviews and their UK warranty tipped the balance. Five well deserved stars.

Great price on the item I wanted.Very quick delivery.

I was a bit hesitant to commit to purchase at first as the price seemed so low but did so as I saw I was dealing with a UK company. The next day I had a email to say goods had been dispatched, excellent. A couple of days later, went on to 'tracking my order' and was surprised to find it was in Hong Kong airport. That was at 9.30pm on Monday night. Imagine my surprise when, at 09.45am on Tuesday morning, the courier was at my door with my new camera, I was truly gob smacked.
I would recommend them to friends.

The ordering process was quick and the removal of funds from my account even quicker, but the goods were not dispatched even though the ruse of creating a UPS label was used to make me feel good, only when I contacted instashot to say that the goods had not been collected by UPS for delivery to me, did they call UPS for the collection and 4 days later the items arrived. The website had said that the items were in stock.
The items were all boxed although they did not have their security stickers over the box openers. Saying that everything was clean and brand new. All working perfectly.
The support via chat on the website is immediate and very good. I would recommend instashot if you want good pricing and quality service.
