Big waste of money!!!!!!!! Bad Communication for one . The teeth look so fake!!!! They literally look like Halloween Billy bob teeth My mouth literally looked like I had huge horse teeth You can tell they are plastic and the wait time was ridiculous for this Trash Says it will boost confidence I would perfer walking around with no teeth then wearing this god awful veener 🗑️!!!! I’m so serious do not waste your money on these better off going to the dentist and spending $300 for an appointment! This is so sad and pathetic!

Absolutely fantastic company. I ordered about 2 years ago and got my teeth (top only). They look fabulous. Recently they cracked and I was gutted. I contacted Instasmile and without any fuss or quibbles they made me another pair under their brilliant warranty and my new set arrived, as perfect as the first ones. Customer service is brilliant with Instasmile. I cannot recommend enough. Amazing from start to finish. I love my teeth, they make my smile bigger and brighter and my photos are a million percent better now I can actually smile in them 😁

I’m sorry to hear that you decided to cancel your order the day after placing it.
As per our Refund Policy, we have processed your refund minus a £20 restocking fee for the kit, as this had already been shipped and we are unable to accept returns. In addition, as the order was placed using a payment plan, there is a £25 non-refundable arrangement fee charged by the payment provider.
We appreciate that this may be disappointing, however these costs have already been incurred and therefore must be covered.

I love instasmile but....
I love instasmile.. my first set broke within the first year.. a small piece came off the bottom set so I was given a full replacement under warranty..the only issus are ..they are much whiter and the material is different and doesnt quite fit my top row as good as the first set did so im finding it uncomfortable getting used too them..super fast manufacturing of my new set though and great experience otherwise..customer service fantastic..

My teeth were badly stained after years…
My teeth were badly stained after years of coffee and medication. I was nervous about ordering online, but Instasmile’s customer service put me completely at ease. They sent me extra guidance photos and checked in two days later to make sure everything was okay. The transformation is unreal – my smile looks so natural now and I can’t stop smiling in the mirror! The empathy they showed meant the world to someone who’s felt self-conscious for so long. Worth every penny.

Slight fit problem with lower set
Top set fitted perfectly first time. Lower set not quite the same fit. Agreed a return for a remedy. Now having recieved lower set back and fitted for a number of days satisfied with the fit. No hassle with my requests and remedy applied promptly.
