No product was ever manufactured or delivered in this case, as the order did not progress past the impression stage. As a result, you have not received any veneers from us.
The order was not completed because the impressions process was not completed in time for your planned trip and you therefore decided to raise a chargeback against the order, meaning the payment is currently being handled through the bank’s dispute process and the funds are not held by us.
For transparency, because no product was produced or delivered, the comments about the quality of a received product are not reflective of the actual order history as no product was made.

Pleasantly surprised, I only went for the top set. They fit fine, and look good, and I now enjoy wearing them.
I am of a mind not to eat anything with them to help prolong them.

Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed with my experience with Instasmile.
I paid for a clip-on veneer system but never received the final product. I completed multiple sets of moulds and followed the guidance provided, yet each attempt was rejected with no resolution.
During my final attempt, the process pulled out one of my fillings, leaving me unable to continue due to the risk of further dental damage.
No proactive effort was made to reach out and resolve the situation. I was later told I hadn’t made “meaningful contact,” but meaningful contact works both ways.
I requested a 50% refund, acknowledging that I had received the mould kits, but this was refused despite the fact I never received the final product.
I am now pursuing legal action.
I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

After reviewing the order, we can confirm it was placed in January 2024. We did not receive any impressions or further contact after August 2024, meaning there has been no progress on the case for over 18 months.
As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, impressions are required within 90 days of receiving the kit. While we always try to be as flexible as possible where circumstances allow, unfortunately we’re unable to extend this timeframe to a period of 18 months without contact or progress on the order.
For this reason, we’re unable to offer a refund (full or partial) or issue a replacement impression kit to restart the order.
This position follows a full internal review and reflects the terms agreed to at the time of purchase.

Best customer service ive ever seen
I havent even made my impressions yet as the courier service messed up but when explained to them they have been great with customer service. With a big company like this I expected faceless employees that read from scripts and dont really want to help. I messaged them and 2 days later I got a brand new tracking order for the imprint set that was coming same day and a reply that felt came from a person that cared about their customers. I even thanked them with a compliment and another reply came with a thanks to said compliment and they wished me a good day.

Absolutely horrendous
Absolutely horrendous company avoid at all costs after 2 sets of what I can only describe as halloween teeth, with the 2nd being worse than the 1st, im left £400 out of pocket. Being told that I didn't raise a warranty/ manufacturing claim in time, it's not a manufacturing fault its the fact they are selling absolute garbage!! It's an absolute disgrace and quite frankly a scam. The veneers are huge, thick and look absolutely ridiculous, you can't even close your mouth!! wish I'd saved my money and actually gone to Turkey they would have been 100 times better!!

Our records show that a remake was completed and delivered on 12 February 2026 following your earlier feedback. When your most recent concern was raised on 15 March 2026, it was unfortunately outside of the 14-day manufacturer’s warranty period that applies after delivery.
All appliances are quality checked prior to dispatch, and no manufacturing fault was identified with the remake at the time it left our lab. Because the concern was raised outside of the warranty timeframe, we’re unable to process this as a manufacturing or warranty claim.
We understand that expectations around cosmetic appliances can vary from person to person, and we’re sorry that the product did not meet your personal preference. However, the order was completed in line with the service and warranty terms provided at the time of purchase.

Really disappointed by Instasmile. I got a Natural white. Ended up looking like Woody Woodpecker, ridiculously fake looking.
I got both sets and paid for express delivery. Was shipped on day 18 which I suppose isn’t the worst but extra £50 for that and it wasn’t even right.
Top set doesn’t fit at all. Contact Instasmile, took forever to to speak to someone. Finally did and they honestly couldn’t have been less interest. When you’re spending over £400 you’d expect a little better.
It’s a very much wait and see and hope they turn out good. In my case they did not and these were needed for a wedding in April

Don’t waste your time & money
I received the impression kit February 21 sent the pictures of the impressions on 2/26 and have not heard back from them, I’ve tried calling their customer service, nobody answers, I’ve emailed them so many times and still nothing! I am frustrated and basically out 400+ dollars all for nothing

Absolutely horrible
Absolutely horrible! These were far too fake looking and protruding. Turkey teeth look 100% more real than these do. What a waste of money this was. If you are considering buying from here I would strongly advise against it. You will have more enjoyment throwing your money in the bin because that is where my 'teeth' went!!!!
On the plus side, my kids had a great time laughing at me with these in.
