SO bad – no invoice!!!

SO bad! The service worked, but before buying the service I specifically asked for the invoice and I was told there would have been no issues in receiving it – while now, after paying, none answer me anymore and I cannot find any kind of invoice in the billing section.
WE NEED THE INVOICE! I HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED YOU VIA MAIL AND FACEBOOK, AGAIN NO ANSWERS!!!

ANSWERING directly to instazood: the dashboard is SUPPOSED to have a section with invoices, i know, but there is nothing in it. And i have already sent 3 emails to your support - again, NO ANSWERS!!

I’ve been with this service for a year

I’ve been with this service for a year now. I’ve used multiple features such as auto DM sender and follows and likes. It’s slwats spot on and satisfied with the result. Only thing is the action speed control is s not off and I get blocked by IG a lot.

Can't cancel, Faulty log in issue. I want a refund.

Pretty happy with it

No growing tool is all-in-all perfect, all you can do is finding one that is most fitting for your needs. One thing that made me subscribe to the service was the competitive price, since my needs are pretty simple for now (see later), and another is the attention they have put on proxies and local IP with their own app, which I use a lot. Of course, the more features you will need, the more you have to pay. Instazood has a good set of different tools for covering a wide range of needs. I've only subscribed to the "growing plan", so my opinion is only about this function.

No Way To Contact Customer Service? - Updated

We used Instazood for a short time as it was super glitchy and wound up getting one of our accounts shutdown even after going through all their tutorials and setting things up just right. That isn't the reason for the low review though.

The reason for the review is that we have been attempting to get a refund on the remaining balance of our account and yet when we try to submit a ticket it says the email is incorrect and we can't contact anyone. We double and triple checked email, yep it is the right one. So we are looking for a way to get in touch with them to be able to submit for a refund on our remaining balance. If that can happen we understand that technology has it's issues and maybe Instagram caught on to whatever algorithm Instazood uses and that was the issue. We just want to discontinue service and get a refund for our remaining balance.

So a couple things have taken place since this review. I had a nice interaction with Instazood about what took place and they offered to refund our remaining balance. They also asked if once that took place if we would be willing to update our review of their service, which we said we would.

The refund finally processed and hit our bank. It took a little bit to reach our account but I am going on good faith that it was on the behalf of our bank and not a lack of speed on their end to start the refund process.

Here is where it gets interesting. We got an email that stated the following:

"Hi John
I'm Scarlett Coles, support manager of Instazood.
According to our conversation in the ticketing section, you said you will edit your review after the refund process, but you didn't. We are going to reply to your message in TrustPilot and declare that you just didn't stand your words and we have refunded your money.
I just want to remind you of editing the review. We will wait for 24hours, and if you didn't answer us, we will reply in TrustPilot."

The lack of patience and threatening tone of the email kind of ruins the goodwill that was established at the onset of the refund process. If you notice the 2 star review states "Poor - an inadequate experience with a lot of friction". It seems that this rating still holds true. The customer service process to get our refund went, OK, and it took a little bit to see the refund in our account. Again I think that is more of a bank process than anything else.

I do have an issue though with the aggressive nature of the email I got (we felt it was anyway, maybe you all disagree). I've done customer service before and I've never said "hey you haven't done a thing after we refunded you and if you don't do the thing we are going to try to shine a negative light on you". Seems like poor business practice to me.

The experience stands as is. Getting a refund did not alter the reason we asked for one, and it doesn't create space for someone to email us like they did. The review could have bumped to potentially 3 stars had customer service simply waited in good faith for us to get back here to edit with the experience of getting our refund but it didn't so we leave it at two stars. Sorry Scarlett.

This is the worst experience EVER, LIARS, SCAMMERS

This is the worst experience I've ever had with customer service.
They lied to me more than once about deleting my account and adding it again after 72 hours. Then they convinced me to buy a proxy through them to fix it and get back in touch with them 10 days later.
After those 10 days, i get in touch with them (as i was asked) and was told that i needed to buy a proxy again (which is ludicrous).
All this happened over a span of 4 months, at the end i requested a full refund and i was told I would only be refunded the balance that exists on my account because i just claimed the issue 2 days ago.

basically they are trying to get away with poor service, bad bot and even worse human interaction based on LIES.
for me, this is a scam!

Further more, i was only offered a full refund because i posted this review. Otherwise they wouldnt have done it and they are now asking me to delete the post.
Bribe????? Scam????

Instazood support and services are incredible

I've been using Instazood for the past 8 months or so, and it has been invaluable to the growth of my accounts. However, around 2 months ago I was unable to connect my instagram account back with instazood. I tried other platforms for automation, but I kept missing the simplicity of instazood, so today I hopped on support and left a message about my account not being authenticated through their servers. Scarlett Coles helped me with multiple different ways I could get my account relogged in. After enough tinkering I got it, and purchased another $10 pass immediately. Excited to be back on the instagram growth train. Highly recommend this service to anyone.

BAD customer support and Problems with proxies

It's impossible to open a ticket 'cause it says to login and even if i do, it keeps telling me "invalid mail or password".
Of course the credentials are correct because i can login in my dashboard w/o any problems.
Plus they don't allow to use any other proxy than theirs (which are not available in my country) causing me tons of troubles.

Don't waste your money for this service.
