Horrible service , over a week I placed my order , none responds ! Hope it’s not a fake website !!

The item did not arrive for 1 month.
The item was not the advertised size.
The ‘insulated box’ was totally uninsulated and the food went immediately cold.
The contact phone number does not work.
This was a pricey item and I await a refund.

Advertised as british brand but it comes from China. Ordered an insulated lunch box doesn’t keep food warm at all. Contacted customer services they don’t answer questions just fob you off. DO NOT BUY complete waste of money

Received a very poor quality lunch box from China. Not the insulated box I paid for. Online the returns address is different from the returns label on the packaging. I cannot get in contact with anyone at the company. Do not recommend!

Charged me £31.50 for something that was shipped from China and available on temu for £7. Advertise as a uk company based in London which is a complete lie and false advertising.

Cannot believe it this happens here in the UK. I've purchased a insulted lunch box for hot food. It took weeks to be shipped from China. and I received nothing as described. And I am not receiving any response to my emails. Phone number is fake. probably the return address is fake! Seems no way to get my money back! I will have to go to solicitor for some advice. It is really bad experience!

They are avoiding emails. I have returned items with my own money and they refused to refund my money. Appalling company. Fraud. Insensitive. Stealing innocent customers money! I hope everyone reads the review before making any purchase

They false advertise as UK company but all products come from China and low quality

Ordered kid's insulating lunch bag which arrived after several weeks. The quality was poor (cheap and flimsy material). Tried to arrange for a return, but the business is not registered to the address on the returns page of their website (there are many businesses registered to that address, none of which are Insulated Kingdom). The number they provide is also fake.

As stated on other reviews. Do not buy. They have not replied to any of my emails and phone number does not exist. Products are not British, they are being shipped from China. The company is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I purchased an Insulated Lunch bag which is too small and requested a return and refund. The firm very kindly offered to send the slightly bigger version free of charge and keep the original item. All resolved within 4 days.

Really good customer service. I ordered the wrong colour by mistake, got in touch with them, and they replied really quickly and sorted it out. The lunch box is great as well!

I bring it to work every day it keeps my lunch fresh and surprisingly warm (or cold) for hours. I can easily fit my lunch box, a bottle, and a couple of snacks in there. It’s lightweight, easy to wipe clean, and honestly, the design is nicer than I expected. Definitely a solid buy super handy and does exactly what I need

Delivery was fast, the product is fully made of metal, and the customer service was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Ordered from Ireland and wasn’t sure how long it would take but delivery was quicker than expected! The bottle arrived well packaged, looks great, and keeps my tea hot.

The quality feels premium, and the design is really sleek. Definitely worth it, I’ll be ordering one for my sister next

Product arrived badly damaged from China. Retailer does not respond to emails and the phone number on the website is a mobile number that is not is use. Suspect this retailer is a complete fraud.

Question yourself why all of the 4 and 5 star reviews are from "people" with no history and every 1 star review is from an account with review history.

The website is littered with low quality AI images and poor quality AI written content.

I've been using the lunch box every day for work, and I love it. It keeps my food warm for hours and doesn't leak at all. Super practical, especially if you bring homemade meals regularly
