A terrible company avoid at all cost. Took my money then a week later tell me that the item that is in stock on their website is not in stock but I can pay an additional £100 to get the same order.
Clearly Free delivery does not mean free delivery.

Following your order, our purchasing team identified an additional delivery charge due to your location that had not been included in the original quotation. Rather than simply passing on the full increase, we attempted to reduce the impact by offering to absorb part of the additional cost ourselves.
We also explored alternative sourcing options to see if we could supply the same products without the extra delivery charge, however unfortunately no suitable alternative was available.
We appreciate that this was not the outcome you were hoping for and understand your frustration. As the revised cost was not acceptable, the order was not progressed further.
We continually review our internal processes and delivery charges to prevent situations like this from occurring in the future.

Emmet from Insulation for Less was very helpful. I4L use warehouses across the UK to find a good price for customers. At the time I ordered there was a PIR shortage and imminent price increase due to an oil price spike. Emmet ensured I could lock in the pre-increase price and kept me informed about delivery as there was an understandable delay but I wasn't in a huge hurry for it to arrive.

Went well
After reading some of the low star reviews about delivery i was a bit hesitant to order from this company
But in the end i decided to risk it as it was the cheapest i could find the insulation i needed.
I received an email with a confirmation date very quickly and it informed me the size of the truck delivering so i could if needed let them know if it was to big
Within a few days of the order it was delivered
The driver parked the lorry at the bottom of my grove as it would of been awkward to drive up
Knocked on my door to let me know he was there and ask where i wanted it
And promptly bought up the pallet of insulation on a forklift.
The driver was very professional and overall it was a good experience from insulation 4 less

After a little confusion, re., price changes Siobhan sorted out my order, going the extra mile to ensure I got all of my order on time at the right price by sourcing it from various suppliers. She did this calmly in a friendly and professional manner. I expect to reorder soon.

Missing items on delivery and wont refund
Ordered 3 roof sheets pack 60mm teck screws and caps after paying i was emailed to say I had to pay extra 60 pound. Ordered arrived 2 weeks later but teck screws were missing. I emailed the company they said they would refund then emailed to say they were sent so I cant have my money back. Which is disgusting I had by more screws from screw fix. DONT TOUCH THIS COMPANY OR THE OTHER 2 THEY HAVE. THERE THIEVES!!!

Regarding the additional £60 charge, this is a manufacturers surcharge applied to all metal roof sheets below 20m2 and because your order was below this amount, this surcharge applied. This is clearly stated on the website right next to the product listing, though we understand it can sometimes be easily missed!
Our team reached out at the time to offer the choice of adding more to the order or paying the surcharge, and we proceeded only once we had your green light to do so and received your payment.
As for the missing teck screws, we looked into this immediately with the depot. They confirmed that the screws were dispatched and provided a Proof of Delivery (POD) as confirmation. We have sent a copy of this POD to your email for your records.

Extremely negative experience
Extremely negative experience with Insulation4less and their customer service regarding an order.
Receiving part of my order was a complete failure from start to finish. The items (split delivery of my order for some reason) were delayed for multiple days, causing significant disruption and forcing me to reschedule work on-site.
My initial attempts to get a clear update were met with repeated generic apologies and vague assurances that the issue was "being looked into," with no concrete information provided for days. This unacceptable lack of clarity and action is particularly frustrating when trying to reschedule work.
The only way to force a resolution was to threaten with an official request to cancel the order and to pursue a Section 75 credit card claim and report the matter to Trading Standards. It was only after this ultimatum that a replacement delivery was finally arranged.
Even then, the communication was poor: a tracking number was provided, but the name of the courier was withheld, requiring yet more waste of time.
The entire episode wasted my time, disrupted my business operations, and demonstrated a severe breakdown in communication and accountability.
I would strongly caution any professional or business against relying on Insulation4less for their timely supply needs.
P.S. Be warned, customer service is an AI! I was at the mercy of customer service to actually talk to a human if they bother to call if AI couldn't help.

Upon review, your order involved three different suppliers, and we can confirm that all items arrived on schedule except for the SF60. This item unfortunately went missing in transit and was reported to us on Thursday, 5th March. While it is unfortunate that items can occasionally go missing during transit, we worked hard to resolve this as quickly as possible.
We immediately investigated with the depot to secure a replacement, which was confirmed on Friday, 6th March, for delivery on Monday, 9th March. This resulted in a turnaround time for the missing item of just 2 working days.
Regarding our support, please note that if you ever wish to speak with a team member directly, you can simply ask our AI agent for "Customer Service" or "Sales" and it will put you through to a person. We appreciate your patience while we coordinated this replacement.

This is my second order of celetex…
This is my second order of celetex insulated plasterboard which I stipulated on my order.The good points are order process good, competitive price and delivery time stated spot on.
The bad points are you can't order single sheets of thinner insulation for window/ door reveals. The delivery drivers will not help you to take sheets into a building,even when parked directly outside. The first time a lady driver did help me to put them inside my garage. This time a man refused to help me to carry the sheets into my hallway even though he parked directly outside within 3 metres. I'm 75 and reasonable fit but still struggled to carry the sheets on my own,hence no offer of tea or coffee.
Although I ordered Celetex Pl4050 I received Sopratherm ( didn't notice until later). After googling Sopratherm it says they took over Celetex and the product is of similar quality etc, however they haven't got the confidence to put there brand name on the sheets like Celetex and no nice red straight lines either?
I can't help but feel a bit let down this time, various companies including Insulation4less are still advertising the Celetex brand.

Please be assured that you have received the correct, high-quality material. Sopratherm is currently going through a transitional rebranding period following their acquisition of the brand. We are currently awaiting further instructions from the manufacturers regarding the final renaming and updated branding of the boards. We have no direct control over the physical branding or markings (such as the red lines) printed on the sheets during this transition, but the thermal performance and quality remain equivalent to what was ordered.
Regarding your delivery experience:
We apologise for the difficulty you had with the offloading. To maintain the safety of our staff and customers, our terms and conditions state that we provide a kerbside delivery service only. Drivers are not insured to enter private properties or step inside your boundary walls. While some drivers may occasionally assist at their own discretion.
