Incompentent and unable to manage the correct stock levels on their website. Managed to get refunded after a few days without issue but still would no longer trust this business, potential scam just looking to collect personal details.
Do not buy from here!!! I ordered 10 bags of ceiling insulation and paid for 1-2 working days delivery. I got one text with my order number and saying they will update me once its shipped. After 6 working (8days) days still had no update on where my order is. The website does not have phone number and you have to count your blessing if you get some one on live chat. I left 5+ messages and emails and no reply at all. I finally go some one on live chat who gave me the associated companies www.consolidatedenergy(dot)com(dot)au number. When I called, I was told the product is in back order and wont be in stock till for another week. There was no information on the website regarding out of stock and there was no update sent in between. The whole reno project is delayed... I asked for refund and I was told they don't know how the online system works... what??? figure crossed i get my product and money back....
