Had a delivery that was short
Had a delivery that was short, which is obviously inconvenient, but these things happen. The delivery was good , he got in touch with his depot to try and find out, all good office was going to follow up with the supplier. Driver left with signed delivery note. All Good
At this point as an inpatient consumer , I was feeling a bit put out by this and called the company , spoke with customer services , who asked for photographs via an email he sent, no email found , so you can imagine the thought process. So the weekend went by and I calmed down By the Monday and thought I would try again, spoke with customer service again, which I was asked to stay on the line for another email, which came , along with the previous one, started to think I should be eating some humble pie , not their fault, so sent all require, all recieved and low and behold I get a call from the Sam delivery driver 24 hrs later with the rest of my order to be delivered within the hour and it was.
So all I can say is this come went above and beyond to fullfil my order in the right way , and definitely secured my future custom , well done great company and courier service highly recommended.

Do not use this company
Do not use this company. They are late, uncommunicative and do not rectify their mistakes.
This business took several months to send the goods ordered which suggests that they were selling product that did not exist at the time.
As a result I needed to reschedule work several times. They then did not accept that their incompetence had resulted in the return window having been exceeded.
I usually give 5 star reviews and where disappointed, I look for a reason to give at least two stars, here there isn't one and this review is being written after giving them a chance to at least get to "unintentionally screwed up", but that does not appear to be the case here.

The lady that took my order by telephone she was amazing . Excellent customer service..she assured me delivery day I wanted i will get my order . First class and 100% recommend
Ordering was seamless and communication first class from order to delivery. The final order was short (20 sheets plasterboard instead of 25) . All other parts of the order were correct, delivered on a pallet covered in plastic and in first class condition. The driver phoned his base and the remaining 5 sheets of plasterboard arrived next morning. Mistakes happen and since it was speedily rectified, I do not consider this to detract from the first class service provided by Insulation Superstore. 100% recommend.

Only nails included.
For the cost of the insulation strips, I was very disappointed that only nails were included & not screws as it shows on the video showing how to put it in place. This was not detailed in the description.
