A very positive experience
Price was good, and everything arrived in good order. Delivery took around a week, which was a bit longer than I would have liked but overall a very positive experience and the delivery driver was very helpful on the day.

Waited over 1 week for delivery that we…
Waited over 1 week for delivery that we paid £12.50 for - I had to then meet and find the driver about 15 minutes away as the wait for the delivery had already taken long enough, it delayed our job!!
So ultimately, if I never drove to the delivery driver 10 days later, we probably wouldn't have the order still.

Fast delivery
Fast delivery, the delivery driver was great. Someone else on street had a delivery at the same time. Your guy backed up further up street, unloaded the onboard forklift and used it to unload the insulation and plasterboards drive them down the road and place them on my drive.

Nathan wills... Absolute JOKE.
Nathan wills, apparently a manager? Couldn't manage trolley collection. Absolute shocking. Call centre, not allowed to call them what they are... but when you take someone's money, advertise products you don't have nor do you actually, then deceive and refuse to engage with a customer then not deliver and then ask for more money? Pretty sure that amounts to the s word that rhymes with ham. Avoid at all costs.

I was sent a text/email saying the…
I was sent a text/email saying the Catnic Lintol would be delivered on Friday. At 3pm it had not arrived so I phoned and the person tried to phone the suppliers but no-one was answering so they said they would send them an email and get back to me. Having heard nothing on Monday I phoned again to be told that once again the suppliers were not answering the phone and they would send an e-mail and get back to me. I heard nothing further but the lintel was finally delivered on Tuesday. Not that I was told that was going to happen either.
