I have been wanting to apply for a funeral Insurance plan for myself for sometime but No insurance companies I have looked at gave me any feeling their Honesty Integrity or their professionalism. When I spoke with Danial your funeral insurance salesman the conversation was an extremely informative, easy to understand & grasp the pro's & con's & the easy transitions that are to possibly involved for myself (the policy recipient. Any doubts, misunderstandings, fears or what Questions & or ANY Informations or the lack of. Your man Danial was by far much more than a mere sales person. Danial made the entire experience easy to understand & comprehend about everything & more that i wanted to know. I easily without having to ask now know & I am very satisfied by far with with our conversation. To be honest I was very concerned, it took three weeks after my initial contact, with my calling every week, before Monica called me to sort everything out, which she did do in a very kind and patient manner.

My father has passed away and we are having so much trouble with paperwork.Each time we ring and send the necessary paperwork ,then it’s something else.Communication is terrible.Also a different person each time we ring,telling us a different thing.It had been awful and still going on.

This is financial elder abuse and would like to take this further. This needs to be stopped. This insurance company sits on their bottoms behind a desk and steals elderly`s monies without a refund from many years of payments from my elderly mum, with dementia, bank account. The family is contacting A current Affair soon if my mum does not get a refund.
