I have been using this company for well over ten years and I was turned down for insurance for my last trip to the USA . I've used them once more for a quick trip but that is it, never again , no loyalty to their long time customers

Renewal
I love that they remind you when your insurance is up and the automatic renewal if you choose to opt into that. They more or less do the work for you. Payment is taken after they remind you of the new start date. The email is clear and easy to understand if you do not want to keep they type of policy you have or if you need to get in touch with them.

Disappointed
My wife was unable to add me to her insurance. We have 3 adults and 5 children. It wouldn’t give the option to add one of our kids as an adult so I had to get mine on my own which cost us extra.
