Flat leak and ceiling collapse
Following a leak, resulting in a ceiling collapse in our flat, made contact with Insurepair. Prompt response and reasonably priced quote detailing all work required to repair and reinstate. Work carried out over an agreed period to a very good standard. Work was carried out on a private arrangement outside insurance process and pleased with overall process, repair and timescale to complete. A reputable company.

Insurepair were recommended by a friend
Insurepair were recommended by a friend, we had been dealing with a different company and they were not great. Insurepair undertook a quick and effective survey, identifying that some of the work we were advised was necessary, was actually not required! They undertook the work quickly and done a fantastic job, we are so pleased. If you have damage to your home I would highly recommend using this company. They are professional with excellent communication and work is high quality.
Excellent service — reliable and professional
We were really impressed with Insurepair from start to finish. Richard brought a depth of experience that was clear from the outset, and we always felt we were in capable, trustworthy hands. Communication was prompt, the team was organised, and the job was turned around efficiently to a very high standard. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
Excellent
Excellent, quick and tidy work.
Spare bedroom totally transformed.
Walls and ceiling stripped of wallpaper.
Walls and ceiling plastered/skimmed
Walls, ceiling and woodwork painted
The workmen were friendly and removed all debris.
I will be happy to use this company in the future and will recommend INSUREPAIR to family and friends.
Thanks to Richard and his team.
Stress free insurance repair
Good communication and tradesmen turned up when they said they would. We did have a slight delay in completion of the work due to unavailability of a plasterer, but Christina and Paul communicated well and scheduled appointments to fit with our diary. During repairs, all the tradesmen were respectful of our property, using protective dust sheets and tidying up afterwards, and the repairs were carried out to our satisfaction. An easy firm to deal with, and a hassle free experience - Many thanks.
Insurance repairs to water damage
We contacted insurepair for an insurance job fixing water damage in our bedroom. The staff were professional, polite and very helpful. Paul, our PM was great. The work was done in a timely manner to a high standard.
We have contracted the team to carry out further non-insurance work in our shower room, I’ll update this review after that’s been finished.
If I could I would not give them 1…
If I could I would not give them 1 star! Hopeless, useless, shoddy work, rude, just a total waste of time and money. It was an insurance claim and were chosen by insurers, never ever again. Job started in March 2023, quote then doubled, started again and failed to find the leak even when they said they had finished the job. Still leaking now so we cannot use the bathroom after more than a year!
----------
After receiving their response below, I am including their "Reason for Carrying Out Works
In our opinion, the following would best describe the reason for carrying out works
Escape of water" - in my opinion this means find the Leak and fix it, you are plumbers so why on earth would you not?
As for pipework, this is what was quoted for: "making alterations where necessary to pipework and seal on completion" - so why were the necessary alterations not made?
Finally, this on the quotation "To collect all loose and general debris from property and dispose" - I have photographs of all the debris and used silicon tubes being packed behind the tiles that I can send to you!
I could go on but it won't make a difference to me now, I have said my bit.

Efficient, clean & got the job done!
We contacted Insurepair when we had a flood on our premises. Their response was quick and they had solutions to the problem right away.
The workmen were polite, efficient and cleaned up after themselves whilst completing the repairs. We had to reopen our business quickly and they were only too happy to help.
From what began as a disaster for our business, Insurepair were able to mitigate the problem and help get us back up and running. They know what they are doing. I would recommend Insurepair to anyone in the unfortunate position of having to call for help in this scenario.

Highly recommend for a professional, reliable and trustworthy company. M
I don’t normally write reviews but I felt this was needed. I had a company arranged to come and carry out an extension creating an addition living area for us and they never appeared. I contacted insurepair as a few people recommended them. I spoke with a gentleman called Richard and was firstly taken aback with the how professional and helpful he was. I explained it was all ready for work to begin etc. Within 8 days as agreed the workmen appeared and completed the job within the agreed timescales. I could not be happier with how the job has turned out. From start to finish the whole service received was outstanding and I most definitely would use Insurepair again for any works required. I have recommended to many who have now been in touch and agreed to have work carried out. Thank you again for your professional and timely workmanship.

Since posting my review 2days ago
Since posting my review 2days ago I have been receiving emails, none of them sympathetic, from the Company Director, none offering a path forward. I was told I was never a customer, my attempts to "micromanage" the project had been the problem. And that I was at risk of being scammed by other contractors. I have responded politely and finally said I didn't want further contact. Following that request, he offered to meet me to take over the work from the Operations Manager ( who I have not heard from since 22nd March), on his "day off". This fits with the Trustpilot resolution timetable. I have not responded because I have already let him know I did not wish any further contact. Any further emails would be seen as harassment for an authentic review.
As I said in my last email to the Company Director, it is how difficulties are handled in a piece of work, which shows the true professionalism and accountability of the agents, rather than when everything goes without a hitch.

***Edited*** Insurepair Ltd…Insurepair Group Limited…Insurepair®️…Insurepayusthenweignoreyou…have now asked that we remove their directors name from our review - so we have done so. Although this doesn’t change the fact that they’ve changed their businesses name to avoid debts! The name can be found on Companies House etc. so we would still advise anyone dealing with this business to look into the businesses dealings first - although we also plan to spread the word in various ways.
In fact, his name can also be found on the other 1 star review above ours as he is now harassing the lady who left it!! Says it all about this business & it’s ‘director’.
Original review below with personal information (directors name) replaced…
This business have recently changed their name - although working from the same premises & owned by the same conman. This is to avoid a number of debts owed by Insurepair/ said conman.
They take your money & then you hear no more. It would seem that the business is struggling (just look at recent reviews!), and have decided to take the unethical route of hiding from their debts.
Please, if you are considering using them, do a bit of research online first. Dissolved businesses which then appear under a new name…a number of bad reviews (which they seem to claim are all incorrect! - how does a decent business manage to obtain so many ‘false’ reviews?!) and a director who ignores people rather than do the decent thing. Please read their response to their numerous 1 star reviews…rude & unaccountable. I don’t know if any reputable business with a quarter of their reviews being 1 star…
They’ll likely reply claiming this review is incorrect/ false but the ratings speak for themselves. As does Companies House - dissolved…dissolved…liquidated…
Trusted ✔️…I don’t think!
Avoid them and go with a reputable, honest business.

Avoid this company!!
We had a very bad experience with this company, Insurepair.
We paid him 30k in January 2022 to fix our buy-to-let fire-damaged property, but as of February 2023, no significant progress has been made. We were disappointed to find out that the owner of this called company, stopped working on the project after just one week of doing some minor work, and then he asked for an additional 3.5k to restart the job, citing electrical issues as the reason for the delay.
I strongly advise against asking Insurepair for your projects. We had a terrible experience with him, and it's possible that you could end up in a similar situation without insurance money and, worst of all, possibly without a house.
