All over their site they talk about how…Cant believe the communication with this company is HORRID

All over their site they talk about how to block attacks on your network yadda yadda yadda. Well it looks like they did not heed their own advice as they were attacked. Probably because of an UNFAIR rate hike, but thats just guessing. Also, I had to threaten them with legal action in order to find out they were attacked. Luckly I insisted the we do regular backups ourselves on data they have on their system and only believe we lost a few hours of data input as we dont believe they were truly backing up our data and since we can not access anything via their system now, something is better than nothing at this point. We will be looking for another svc that has redundancy as they say they did but again dont see it. I also believe they will be charging us while they are down and probably lost our data too...

Please be aware how unsafe and dangerous it is to use cloud based programs like Insynq. We are learning first-hand what happens to our company when Insynq gets hack. We have been struggling to get clear information about what happened and how it will be resolved.

We were assured that having dedicated servers would isolate us from attacks on other companies. This IS NOT TRUE. Ransomware attack has shut down all of their customers and of course they disappear from all angry customers. we've been down for days and now they aren't bothering to update us.....
can't believe this is happening to us again. We left Cloud9 specifically because of this reason.

Have been down for over 24 hours without an ETA on restoring the service. Can not even get a backup of our data.Terrible company. DO NOT use this company to host your client files. You will lose time and money.

We have been down for over 24 hours…

We have been down for over 24 hours with no end in sight or any idea if and when the platform will be available. Not the first time we have had a long term outage. I guess Insynq doesn't really care how much this affects our business and the interactions with our clients. Moving all of our clients as fast as possible to Quickbooks online, that is if we can access their files. Want to send them a bill for wages we are paying for employees who cannot complete their work. A good company to stay away from.

We have been down for over 24 hours and…

We have been down for over 24 hours and no one can tell us when we will be back up. We are being told it has something to do with their login server(s). We have tried to get a hold of the CEO directly with no response. They will not even get us a copy of our data files. (Shame on us for not making a local back up) so we can at least service our customers.

Pricing problems

I had a problem with their price increase and wrote a terrible review and I received a call from the CFO and he admitted it was corrected. All of you believe me when I say that if Elliot Luchansky says he will call -- he does. Talk with him if he reaches out to you. I initially gave them a bad review but then he talked with me and admitted there were some errors on their side so all is well now. Thank you.

If I could give them zero stars I…

If I could give them zero stars I would. There service is spotty and in 2018 they were down for the last two weeks of tax season and just to bad for accountants. Now this month my bill doubled with no notice they said they sent an email but we never got one. When I called about my bill this guy tells me that he has had calls all morning cause customer are saying they never got emails and he was actually brought into the company mid February to handle this because the company knew it would happen. From $660 a month to $1078.84 with no notice that prices were changing. He told me he is in charge and there will be no credits that is my bill he was sorry we didn't get notice but it is what it is.

Great dependable service

Great dependable service. Only downside is that the Quickbooks that I am renting does not get updated on a regular basis. Don’t always have time to contact support. Then the QB gets out of date.

I am still a little shy about giving…

I am still a little shy about giving the five stars as I did experience of outage with iNSYNQ that lasted a number of days, but since then all has been well and the few issues we have had have been promptly addressed.

My accounting software updates

I have to constantly inform iNSYNQ to update my accounting software (Sage 50 Accounting). Then it takes iNSYNQ a month to do so.
