My problem is with customer service
My problem is with customer service. I received store points for purchasing a Gyuto knife. I want to use points to purchase a black sheath. I have emailed twice asking customer service on how to use my reward points. NO REPLY YET. WONDER IF REWARD POINTS IS JUST A GIMMICK!

Horrible customer service and would not buy again from them
I was in the market for a good looking and quality Japanese knife and this certainly isn’t what I was looking for. The absolute terrible craftsmanship on the knife had the blade chipped almost a full half an inch deep. The worst part is that the thing I was cutting when it broke was cucumbers which is while I was prepping food during before service hours in the restaurant I work at. I’m actually kind of glad and happy it broke when it did because it was so garbage. Never again will I buy a knife from the site.
