Misleading advertisement.
I joined a couple of weeks ago with a 1 year subscription in hopes to find a remote position to have extra income.
99% of posts are not relevant, seeking skills that are not related to my expertise, or for the hybrid positions mainly in the USA, or straight away MLM pyramid scams, or someone like me looking for a job.
No way of filtering out posts whatsoever. Feels like a giant waste of time and money. Don't recommend

I signed up for 1 month service and i thought thats it. Now after 1 month i was automatically charged monthly fee from my account. No info beforehand to warn about that. And to stop your subscription you need to write to support- thats unethical and wrong business service. The app is a scam and no proper remote jobs are available. I wrote to some opportunities but got no feedback. Zero. Avoid this app and do not fall into this scam scheme!
Their answer was: Hi Katrin,
Thank you for your message.
I understand there might have been some confusion regarding the auto-renewal process. Before confirming your subscription, there is a notice explaining that by subscribing, you allow Intch to charge for future payments unless the subscription is canceled. I hope this clarifies the situation, and please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or concerns.
As mentioned earlier, we're truly sorry — but a refund isn’t possible in this case, based on our policy. We understand this may be disappointing and appreciate your understanding.
That said, if you need any help navigating the service or have questions about how to make the most of it, we’re always here for you. Just let us know — we’re happy to assist!
Best regards,
Kevin Lawson

False Advertising and Deceptive Practices
Another bad review! False Advertising & Deceptive Business Practice: I was advertised this app on IG for voiceover work in my field. The ad stated that there are “jobs waiting for me” & “the biggest companies use platforms like Intch to find voiceover artists” & “voiceover artists are making 2k-4k a month on their platform”, so I paid the $20 paywall to sign up & find work. When I used the job search feature for voiceover work, it came up blank. I searched different key words to see if it was an error. They have zero voiceover jobs & I was falsely advertised to. I immediately reached out to support requesting a refund & shared my experience. The response was that refunds cannot be provided per their user agreement. They didn’t offer to help me figure out the app or find a way to appease my poor experience. They did not deny falsely advertising to me or try to defend any integrity of the company. They prioritize their user agreement over their customers. I’m bummed I didn’t come to trustpilot for the other bad reviews before I gave them my money.

Scam alert
Never knew I signed up for a subscription, no notice before renewal. I'm villain of ROSCA. Customer service fall back on illegal policy to deny refund of unused fee. They will steal your money and explain that it was your fault that you failed to cancel the membership you weren't aware of before the renewal date. Never experienced worse customer service. Reported to BBB and FTC for fraud. Three rounds with customer service only to be denied and then have ticket closed and ask for a review of my service. Despicable.

Desperate for Employment - BUT DON'T USE THIS
It's a scam.
1. Have to pay to play....should have been enough of a red flag to stop.
2. Job recommendations do not come close to the search parameters I entered. Asked for Remote Only jobs and was shown in-person or hybrid positions 300-400 miles from home.
3. No cancellation option on the website, only through support. Good luck with that.
4. No refund option. PERIOD.

There is nothing that matches with my experience or skills. All jobs you are showing is related to either business, IT industry, engineering. None of these match with my skills. You can't read people's skills, you randomly offer something.

not enough job posts, can't cancel
not enough job posts, fake users. No ability to unsubscribe until you reach out to support and they cancel. Refused to cancel subscription 2 minutes after sign up when I have realized this is a scam. Don't waste your money

I'd give a zero star if possible
I'd give a zero star if possible. Corrupt, Shady, Avoid. The company has responded to my many emails but continue to blame me for not being able to log into my account. My account never worked from the very beginning however they have taken money from my account. I can't access my account so therefore I can't cancel. I have requested many times to cancel my account and to refund my money, but NO action is being taken. They are thieves stay away.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. They advertise networking and job opportunities- get you to pay and sign up- and the make you “verify” your profile by inviting two other people to also enroll and “vouch” for you as references. Meaning two other people you know have to sign up and pay the fee for you to EVEN USE THEIR SERVICES THAT YOU PAY FOR! Do not do it. It’s a Ponzi scheme / pyramid. I actually stated this in an email conversation to the founder and what do you know— they refunded me. Because the couldn’t fight the validity of what I was stating. Do not use this service.

Predatory business practices
Predatory business practices
After the trial period I attempted to cancel. I was unable locate information on cancellation with a search on my account or on the website so I made use of their chatbot but did not get a response there either. A couple of days later I received a bill for a full month. Customer service would not correct the error and refund my money, despite the screen capture I sent which showed the challenges with unsubscribing. This company seems to stay afloat by making it extremely difficult to unsubscribe.
Update to respond to Intch comment: I contacted support 3 times and they declined to fix the error. Per numerous negative reviews reporting the same issue, this is not an ethical company.

Intch is a more like a SCAM
Intch, will make you pay for subscription before actually showing you available openings with a promise to help you land remote jobs but after subscription you will realize they don't even have job listing let alone assist you. Intch looks like a high school project being promoted to scam unsuspecting freelancers.

Very bad experience. No way to manage your account cancellation or remove/change your payment method. This is really a very weak website.

They don't provide anything they claim to offer, and they have no refund policy. I strongly advise you not to be deceived. I've been trying to get a refund for the past few hours, but they offer no options. Definitely stay away and don't fall for this trap.

A scam. No account management possible. Canceling is not accessible though they promise it. Can't stop the job applications. I wrote to them. They will not do anything to help. No refunds. Just a terrible experience I paid for.

I am extremely disappointed in this app and service. SCAM & sketchy. Sneaky click contracts; no reminder email sent out that subscription is up for renewal to give you opportunity to cancel if services are not warranted (Many credible platforms do this) Suffering financial hardship - where every cent counts. This automatic withdrawal of $22.29 put me into overdraft additionally receiving a $35 overdraft fee. I explained this to customer support asking them to "do the right, moral, ethical thing" above making money and profits their top priority stating they're failure to issue a refund during these trying times was unacceptable. Honestly, I didn't even realize I signed up for a subscription. I was simply exploring an ad on Facebook or Insta. Be careful where you click. STAY AWAY from this company. Now my checking account is NEGATIVE $57 due to the overdraft charge. Every cent counts. I explained this. They ignored citing policy, yada, yada, yada. No humanity. People only care about money in most places. Each day my hope in the HUMAN part of HUMANity declines further.

Do not waste money, No refunds and poor product!
Total con as they appear to simply use Linkedin for data and to make the product seem comprehensive. Waste of money. Also, when I requested a refund they said it is not their policy to give refunds so instead I will invest my time in ensuring they lose business and ensure others do not make the same mistake as me.

Beware Companies That Rip Off Other Companies IP!
Stumbled into this site because a co-worker at the growing conglomerate I've been with for 20 years asked "Hey, when did we acquire a recruiting company?" The reason was their logo looks almost identical to ours. At first I was tempted to say it was the Meta effect (their logo style was EVERYWHERE after they updated it) but then saw the reviews here and on Reddit.
A lot of those kinds of companies are basically rip-off "middle men" kind of deals; the fact they make you go through a cancelation process the cable company would be jealous of is another bad sign. As noted by others that tends to run afoul of "local" laws... at least in the US. Sources indicate they are located in New Castle, PA, but the founders are Russian?
Search "alexander rogovsky" and "Yakov filippenko" for their linkedi-ns for more info.
Not sus at all. (eyeroll emoji)
Even the bulk of their graphics appear to be Emoji based. Even an "AI" web design would have been better, and I despise LLLM generated trash.
If you've been ripped off by Intch you have my condolences; be sure to forward that info to your state's AG and the FTC.
Edited to add: Intch’s boilerplate response is exactly why you should avoid them. What does that even MEAN? It reads like MBA-speak for spinning negative press rather than a real response. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PAYMENT INFO.

What an absolute scam this is
What an absolute scam this is. I signed up, nothing to see jobs wise just a load of rubbish. Then I get a renewal payment, no warning, no do you want to cancel (which is illegal in the UK) so I would avoid these people like the plague.
Having spoken to what I can only assume is an AI bot customer support agent, who repeatedly told me "we’re happy to assist" guess what, no refund because a refund isn’t possible in this case, based on our policy. In other words they took the money, I asked for a refund on the same day and was told no.
If you have an account with these people and don't use it, I suggest you cancel well before the renewal date so you don't end up out of pocket.
