Integrar recently took care of all the admin around my remortgage. I was happy that the process was not over complicated and if there was a need for explanation either Nathan our appointed representative, or Jake were readily available on the phone. Everything was completed well in advance of the remortgage deadline and the remortgage proceeded smoothly on the appointed day which was great. The portal greatly simplifies the process as it enables all the required documentation to be uploaded in an efficient manner.

The whole process of re-mortgaging was very easy with clear communication and instructions, both Jake & Matthew who handled my application were fabulous, thank you so much guys!
Integrar offer an effective online conveyancing service with a nominated contact
Integrar were appointed as conveyancing solicitors acting for NatWest and for me, the client. The Portal was easy to set up and had easy to follow clear stages showing progression of the remortgage.
Communications with the named consultant was effective and everything went to schedule. Communications were with a person and not with a bot !
Postal communications from Integrar were at times slow - one letter took 8 days in the post.
Electronic uploads were straightforward but put a reliance on customers having to have a scanner, a printer and a good internet link. Clear, helpful communications ensured completion on the chosen date avoiding penalty payments to the previous mortgage supplier.
There were email communications at each stage of the process confirming receipt of documents and indicating any paperwork needed for the next stage of the process. Remortgage completed within 3 weeks without any problems.
Recommended non-fee conveyancing firm. Nominated contact at Integrar was always 'on the ball'. Fees were covered by NatWest.

I would like to personally thank Charlotte Johnson and Jake Houlding-Ward for their support and assistance in facilitating the smooth completion of my remortgage. The process was completed on time with no issues or complications and highly recommend their service - thanks again to you both for everything 👌🏻👍🏻
Remortgage
This was by far the easiest and slickest mortgage/remortgage I have been apart of. My current mortgage was due to end at the end of September and this was only started on the 16th of September and completed before 30th. Very happy with the service
Integrar's handling of my recent…
Integrar's handling of my recent remortgage matter was disappointing.
The information provided was often unclear and difficult to understand, yet there was no practical way to seek clarification because communications were sent from a no-reply email address.
For customers navigating a complex financial transaction, clear and accessible communication is essential. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The process became unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming as a result.
The saving grace was an excellent mortgage broker who helped interpret the correspondence and ensured matters progressed towards completion. Without that support, the outcome could easily have been different.
This review reflects my personal experience and I hope Integrar will review its communication practices to make the process more customer-focused.
Awful
Awful. Sent us a letter saying title deeds were attached and attached a drainage report instead. When I called them they said they could only email title deeds. When I pressed for a printout they left me hanging on phone for 10 minutes only to tell me they can't even email report as I owed them 12 pounds?. There admin staff and phone staff are useless!
Barclays had instructed this “firm” to…
Barclays had instructed this “firm” to complete my remortgage in May (we’re still going). It has been nothing but problems from start to finish, “Josh” on the so-called legal team is incompetent and rude, repeatedly refused to send out documents to myself and ignored emails for days, I had to call up 6 times just to be given the mortgage deed to then find out that I’d been given the incorrect one! I would avoid these con artists at all costs. Tried charging me for things that I didn’t ask for and whenever you query a fee with the people on the phone they all just defend it! I then had a missed call and when I phoned back I was firstly told there wasn’t one? And was then told to leave a good review on trustpilot! Are you joking? If you want anything doing I suggest you speak to Barclays and ask them for a new solicitor like I did
They simply do not act in the interest…
They simply do not act in the interest of their clients. They are completely hands off, they blamed me for agreeing a completion date on my end of deal mortgage only to realise that they incurred me late repayment charge because the deal was actually ending on that day and not the following day!!! I asked them to fix this error because clearly I was switching from one deal to another on the end of current mortgage deal as my mortgage advisor advised them, but they came back and blamed me for this! That I should know that completion should happen after the deal ends and not ON the last day! I will be suing them if they don't give me back my money.
Integrar end up costing me dual interest
Integrar decided to ask my new lender for mortgage advance 1 business day prior and there was immediate weekend following before completion. This resulted in me paying both lenders for additional days of interest. This was done without my consent or without informing me. I wasn’t consulted about any alternative options such as delaying completion by 1 day to avoid the dual charge. My emails was ignored and when i spoke to customer experience advisor ‘Sam’ he dismissed my issue stating this is standard business practice. An enterprise of this size should do better to inform customers of risks and mitigation options. I wouldn’t recommend them, poor CX, and unresponsive over emails.
