Really amazing customer service; found the staff (including doctor) easy to talk to and you feel listened to. Prescriptions are quick reliable delivery. Really highly recommend.

Very straightforward process,all the staff have been very professional ,knowledgeable and helpful. The prescribed flowers have been very effective in relieving my pain.

Everything overall from Integro is great, the staff are all very helpful, polite and kind and show care and understanding with patients. The only bit of improvement i could speak on is making it easier (more up to date/modern) when booking appointments, prescriptions and requesting dispensary inventory lists, i think this could be implemented via an app or a patient portal of some kind. Aside from that everything is great and i am proud to say that Integro are my medical cannabis clinic. Shout out to Dr Sunny Nayee and Mr James Clyne Gunn for being so down to earth and understanding, some of the best patient interactions I've ever had from any medical professionals.

Perfect experience with everyone that i had spoke to, Chris was a massive help and put me at ease with it all and put me in the right direction for each step, Sunny was very in detail and understanding and answered everything i needed to know.

The Doctor was very helpful and friendly, they took time to listen to how my condition affected me and recommended which medication would be the best for my conditions.

Had a problem with my prescription. Medicine has been discontinued (name changed) so I had to get a new prescription.

From stat to finish the process was easy as is any follow up appointments Dr. Sunny Nayee &
Nurse James were very helpful and supportive and I think it is brilliant having this service. Office staff on phones and emails also very friendly and helpful, definitely not what you get from your GP who cant even be bothered to give you an apointment.
