Bottom of the barrel shipping company

I've had several issues with them over the years, most recently with a package they damaged during delivery (maternity chair). They ordered the replacement, nice, but then it 's been sitting at their warehouse for weeks now. They keep bouncing me around, sending "internal emails", telling me it's the vendor I need to contact (which tells me it's the shipper I need to contact), and so on. I call almost every day, half the time it's someone that barely speaks english nor french. Now thanks to them, I'm at the hospital and my wife's about to give birth, and we're still waiting for the chair because they've ended up saying we should cancel the order and re-order...after weeks of back and forth. Incredibly insulting and disrespectful customer service. I've had it with this company. Bunch of amateurs with annoying routes that will bang on your door past midnight. Bottom of the barrel shipper.
