Overall a very good experience.
I bought 2 basic reception tents 12x6m. Very pleasant and wellmade website. The staff over the telephone was helpful and efficient. Quick delivery as announced. One item of the tubular structure was missing, but a replacement piece was subsequently sent. Unfortunately the other tent collapsed in a moderate gust of wind... So I strongly recommend the anti-storm kit. A part of the tubular structure was damaged. The company offered to replace free of charge the 15+ damaged items, and did it very swiftly, which was very much appreciated. The staff was really helpful and friendly.
