The lack of support is unacceptable

I’ve completely lost my patience with this company. The lack of support is unacceptable, and the level of service is simply awful. Over 2 weeks to reply to a major technical issue that effects our clients. They even don't let us post on their FB page to seek help from others.

I expected much better from a "tech company" like this. Simple awful.

Avoid 'Ryan' and Interactr

I wanted to love Interactr so much - so what went wrong?

Unfortunately, I have to suggest that you avoid 'Ryan' and Interactr - after purchasing the product, I received an initial payment email, but from there, no login password and no communication whatsoever for days and days. Waited several days, raised several tickets, sent several messages on their website support chat and on their Facebook messenger with absolutely zero reply. If you don't want the hassle of raising complaints and going through the pain of losing your money, then take my advice - do not buy Interactr!

Constructive Feedback for Continuous Improvement: Review on Interactr2

I have surpassed the allocated 30-day refund period and, thus, can no longer receive a refund. This situation is distressing, particularly given the enormous potential Interactr2 harbors. I am disheartened to report that the public release of Interactr2 is fraught with numerous bugs and glitches, rendering it virtually unusable. The instability and unreliability of the service underscore, regrettably, some profound developmental and managerial oversights within the company.

It appears the company's main priority is capitalizing on profits through affiliates and extensive marketing of the platform rather than investing in the development of a consumer-efficient application. Despite the substantial promotion by multiple affiliates, the platform fails to offer reliability and efficacy as advertised.

I've endeavored to maintain a positive outlook, but the repetitive response to my concerns has been disappointing; I am told, “the platform has been updated, so there will be a delay on tickets.” Many users, like myself, who have upgraded are still awaiting the delivery of the promised products, templates, and features. We’re constantly reassured that updates are underway—it’s been six months of waiting, and anticipation has morphed into frustration.

It is with regret that I currently cannot recommend Interactr2, based on my experience. However, I remain hopeful that the company will rectify these issues and fulfill its promises. Should there be any positive developments or enhancements, I will promptly update my review.

For the betterment of the company and to truly harness the potential of Interactr2, I urge the management to address and resolve these operational and developmental issues. A shift in focus from excessive marketing to delivering a quality, efficient, and reliable product is crucial for the long-term success and reputation of the company.

I believe that with the right improvements and a consumer-centric approach, Interactr2 can achieve its purported potential and offer significant value to its users. My intentions are merely to provide honest and constructive feedback to facilitate the growth and refinement of the company and its products.

I have been trying very hard to give…

I have been trying very hard to give this application a try ... but I come to the conclusion that my time is being wasted. I have already spent more than 30 days of purchase, so I will not be able to ask for refund. But I bought an application full of bugs, glitches ... It is impossible to manipulate videos longer than 2 minutes, the cut points are IMPRECISES, the needle is IMPRECISE also, the texts disappear in the tracks, impossible to manipulate ... Don't buy this app
