Unpaid Royalties for Over 3 Months – Avoid This Platform
Sadly, my experience with Intercept Music, with whom I have been working for music distribution, has been incredibly disappointing. I've made several attempts to get in touch, but I haven't gotten any money for the royalties that have been due me for the last three months.
Their lack of openness and communication is really annoying. There appears to be no urgency or accountability on their part, and emails and messages go unanswered.
Distribution platforms are trusted by artists to manage their work and income in a professional manner, but Intercept Music has fallen short of that expectation. I sincerely hope they take this criticism seriously and fix the problem right away, not only for me but also for any other artists who might be having comparable problems.
I am unable to suggest their services to any musician looking for work until then.
