We bought a Dyson vacuum on 08/09/2025 with delivery promised for 10/09/2025. Nothing arrived. No email, no update, no communication at all.
On 18/09/2025 I called customer service and was told: “We do not have the product!” Instead, they said they would refund me in 14 days. Seriously?! They took my money immediately, sold me something they didn’t even have in stock, and now expect me to wait another two weeks for a refund? This feels like a scam.
When I insisted on getting my money back right away, the agent just put me on hold. I’ve now been listening to hold music for over 20 minutes — no explanation, no help.
Absolutely unacceptable. For 10 days Interdiscount had my money for a product they never had, with zero communication. And now they want to keep it for 14 more days? Ridiculous. We could have bought the vacuum from countless other companies and had it by now.
Interdiscount calls itself a Swiss company — but this is how they treat customers? Taking money for products that don’t exist, leaving people waiting with no updates, and refusing immediate refunds. Shameful. Give me my money back now!

Ordered a watch for 590 CHF, opened the box to check it out for 1h. I did not like it, so I put it back and returned it. Interdiscount returned just 490CHF without any explanation.
Of course, it is written in their return policy that open boxes may cost up to 20%. The documentation has 5 sections and 10 pages, who ever reads the full documentation or expects such a treatment?
I've ordered in the past from them with and had no returns so far but client history does not matter to them.
I will never buy from Interdiscount again and I will tell this story to everyone I know. Incredible bad experience for 2025.
(update after ID reply) Yes, you have a big page with the return policy. It is not clear at all and I bet that customers do not expect such treatment. You should put a disclaimer in the checkout page that returns cost you X...

I purchased a 75-inch TV (Model: 75PUS8309, Order #3100460523) from Interdiscount on July 16, 2025. The TV was delivered on July 21, 2025, and upon arrival, the packaging showed visible damage with several dents and loose tape. When I followed all the standard guideline to unboxed, peel off the plastic-frame and powered on the TV, I discovered severe screen defects in the upper right corner.
It’s important to note that the defect cannot be inspected or identified without peel off the plastic-frame and powering on the TV. The outer appearance of the screen was smooth and undamaged, so the issue only became evident after turning the device on.
I immediately reported the damage on the same day of delivery (July 21), following Interdiscount’s instructions. I provided detailed photos showing:
>The damaged outer box before unboxing
>The defective screen when powered on
>The serial number on the box
Over the next three weeks, I contacted Interdiscount’s customer service more than seven times via email and phone to follow up on the status of my claim.
Initially, I was told that the case was escalated to the highest priority level and senior level management and that they were investigating with their delivery partner.
However, Interdiscount’s response became increasingly disappointing. The delivery partner denied liability. And Interdiscount then declined to take responsibility for the defective product.
Despite my repeated requests and explanations about Swiss consumer law (specifically Articles 197 and 199 of the Swiss Code of Obligations), which hold the seller responsible for delivering defect-free goods regardless of delivery terms, Interdiscount refused to offer a refund or replacement. Here I would like to remind Interdiscount customer service I do not work with your negotiation between Interdiscount and your delivery partner. I am a customer paid fully to you, and you are the service provider or merchant.
Throughout this process:
> I received no concrete timeline or resolution plan.
> I was given no productive support or constructive feedback.
> I was repeatedly kept waiting after every follow-up call or email.
>I was not offered any alternative solutions or compensation.
As a customer, I find this experience frustrating and unacceptable. I purchased this product in good faith, paid fully, and expected a functioning TV delivered promptly. Instead, I was left without a working product for 3 weeks and with no clear resolution from Interdiscount.
I urge Interdiscount to take responsibility, respect Swiss consumer rights, and either issue a full refund or arrange a replacement promptly. I am sharing this review to raise the concerns about the poor customer service and to encourage the company to immediately handle this case of defective products in a right way.

I ordered speakers from Interdiscount. I was working from home, but they did not ring my doorbell. The couriers which they used simply deposited the speakers in the staircase. I do not know how they got in - but the building door was likely open as there is a bar downstairs. It seems as though the package was stolen within the 40 minutes until I realised my speakers had been delivered. Now Interdiscount is telling me that the order was "correctly delivered". This is a lie - you cannot simply leave a packet somewhere unless those are the instructions! I have paid 300 Fr for a grainy picture of a box in a staircase, which is their proof that it was delivered? What stops them from simply taking a picture and taking it with them? I have no evidence otherwise.
EDIT (response below): This is not correct according to Swiss consumer law. They are refusing to take responsibility and hoping that I simply drop the case. They left it an openly accessible space which could be reached from the street. I will be advising every person I meet not to purchase from this negligent company, and will also be pursuing this via the relevant bodies.

The 3 others work ok but one was défective . And there is no warranty

This VMAX e-scooter purchase from Interdiscount has been an absolute nightmare. After just a short time, the scooter developed significant faults, rendering it practically unusable
. To make matters worse, Interdiscount has been completely unhelpful, refusing to offer a refund or replacement for this clearly defective product. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction, coupled with a potentially subpar product, is utterly unacceptable.
Purchasing VMAX e-scooters from Interdiscount is not recommended. Also, based on this experience, any retailer affiliated with VMAX is not recommended either
Update JULY 18, 2025: Please be advised that the e-scooter VMAX PRO LT was sent for repair on July 4 to the service center in accordance with the warranty conditions set out by the manufacturer and was returned on July 17, 2025. The VMAX scooter was not working again and has been sent back to the service center for the 2nd time.
The customer service agent at the Inter discount F515 Gstaad SEBASTIAN SHULZ - 8104 WAS RUDE AND CONDESCENDING.

Ich habe einen Artikel online bestellt, dessen Verfügbarkeitsdatum unklar war. Letztendlich hatte ich zwei Artikel und ein Duplikat, das ich zurückschicken musste.
Bei Galaxus oder anderen Online-Shops ist das ganz einfach: Man kann die Bestellung digital stornieren oder im schlimmsten Fall mit wenigen Klicks und ohne viel Aufwand empfangen und zurückschicken.
Bei Interdiscount gibt es keine dieser Optionen.
Ich konnte nicht digital stornieren, da dies viel zu technisch ist, um eine solche Funktion zu bieten. Vielleicht geht es, wenn man Zeit hat, zum Kundenservice zu gehen und sich die Zeit und Mühe zu nehmen.
Also habe ich den Artikel erhalten und beschlossen, ihn in einem Geschäft zurückzugeben, da es keine Rücksendedokumente gab, wie bei den anderen. Ich habe ihn völlig unberührt zurückgeschickt.
Schritt 1) Verhör im Geschäft und mehrere Anrufe in der Zentrale. Schritt 2) Sie nehmen den Artikel entgegen, können aber weder eine Fallnummer vergeben noch eine Bestätigung senden (Artikelwert 500 CHF). Schritt 3) Eine Woche warten und keine Rückerstattung, keine E-Mail oder sonst etwas – ist der Artikel verloren oder gestohlen?
Ich kann ihn nicht empfehlen, da er für den digitalen Verkauf ungeeignet ist. Wenn Sie aufgrund von Karriere, Familie oder Hobbys wenig Zeit haben, vermeiden Sie es und nutzen Sie Ihre Zeit sinnvoller.

Antiqued digital services - go elsewhere
I ordered an item online. that had an unclear date by which it would be back in stock. Ultimately I ended up with 2 items and a duplicate that needed to be returned.
On Galaxus or any other digital store, this is so simple - you can digitally cancel the order or in worst case receive and send back with a few clicks and no fuss.
Interdiscount has neither option.
I couldn’t cancel digitally as this is way too high tech to have such a feature. Maybe possible if you have time to navigate to the contact center and go through the time and pain.
Therefore I received it and decided to return it to a store as there was no return documentation as you get with the others. I returned it completely untouched.
Step 1) interrogation at the store and multiple calls to head office, step 2) they take it from you but cannot issue a case number or send you any confirmation (item value 500 chf) step 3) wait a week and no refund or any email or anything - is it lost or stolen ?
I cannot recommend as not fit for purpose of digital sales. If you are short on time with a career, family or hobbies then avoid and use your time more wisely.
UPDATE
10 days after taking the returned item to the store there is a reply via Trustpilot but still no refund.
Strangely the amount briefly appeared as pending transaction on my credit card before being removed or cancelled.
Not sure how this is accepted.

I ordered a Philips Air Performer série 7000 AMF765 which was originally scheduled for delivery on June 26, 2025. However, I have received several emails indicating changes to the delivery date (and another one today on 14.07.2025). Given these repeated delays and the lack of a clear update from the store regarding my item, I no longer wished to wait for its arrival and kindly requested to have my ordered cancelled. However, after three emails sent, I haven't received any updated on my cancellation either.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience with Interdiscount. I used to be a loyal customer and had never had any major issues before, but this last order has been a complete disaster.
My order was never delivered, and it’s now been over three weeks with no update. Every time I call, I’m told the same thing: “We’re following up” or “Someone will call you back.” But no one ever calls back.
To make matters worse, today I had the pleasure of speaking with a customer service agent who yelled at me on the phone, completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior.
This whole situation is incredibly frustrating and shows a serious lack of customer care and organization. I’m very disappointed and strongly reconsidering ever ordering from Interdiscount again.
They seriously need to improve their order handling and customer support.
Update : after one month
As of today, I still have no news and no reimbursement. Despite numerous follow-ups and promises that someone would get back to me, nothing has happened. This is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication and accountability from Interdiscount is shocking.
I feel ignored and disrespected as a customer. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in the company. I will definitely not be ordering from Interdiscount again, and I strongly advise others to be cautious.

I ordered a fan through the Interdiscount website last 23.06.25 for pick-up at the store. First, they sent an email saying that the fan would be available for pick up on 26.06.25. It was okay. The day before the pick up date, they sent another email saying that pick up has been moved to 30.06.25. It was okay. Now is the 30th, went to the store, and the staff said it wasn't there. They can't even see the order in their system. I haven't even received another email. What's going on? Went for it because it was cheaper than galaxus. But didn't know it would be such a hassle. Don't even know when the product would even be available for pick up.

I had a new phone, wanted to buy a protection glass. An employee told me, he wouldn't recommend it, that he would recomend different brand. Cost me 2 times and instead of a glass I left with a FOIL that was applied so shitty I had to take it off. It was Bern Bahnhof. Do not recommend at all.

I ordered an item and never received the product. I tried to contact Interdiscount via email many times and never got any answer back.
I called them and after 15 minutes of wait, they passed me around to different people on the phone until someone said that the item might arrive in a week but this could change. I asked if they thought this was a good service, she said the problem was mine because I waited 2 months to call (not even apologising for not answering my emails or for the delay).
They finally agreed to give my money back, which I hope will happen.
Horrible service and couldn't care less for customer service.

Bottom line: Avoid disappointments like mine and stay away from interdiscount.ch
If there was such thing as a driver license for operating an internet shop, this should be taken away from Interdiscount, and here is why:
• I ordered a PC on Black Friday 2024 for which I was charged immediately.
• At ordering time, it was listed as available for shipment.
• As I received the order confirmation, it was now scheduled to be delivered two months later.
• As the two month were up, I was informed about another two weeks delay in delivering.
• After another 5 weeks (yes 3 weeks later than I should have had my PC) I was informed about an additional 4 weeks delay.
• While having waited for 4 months for something I already paid for, I went on their website and found that if I would order now they promised delivery within 2 business days, but at a price 2.25 times higher. Luring more people to deposit their money with them, but without interest.
• Two more weeks of delays and bad excuses has now passed, and it’s not even possible to cancel the order they can’t fulfill to get my money back
In all of this, you can’t complain about the service you get from support function, because there isn’t any!
The response from Interdiscount is proven to be of no benefit for me as I'm still missing my money taken 4 months ago, and they don't respond to my emails!
3 weeks after the latest response from internetdiscount.ch I just went to check my order status of the item in question and to my astonishment I found that it was still in the status of being ordered.
Despite the fact that I was lured into ordering something that was in stock, and then it was not, I also understand that once ordered this is a commitment on my behalf, according to interdiscount.ch.
To reiterate my message, shop somewhere else, even at a higher price, to save yourselves from the stress that I had to go through.

We have now spent several hours discussing the matter on the phone, always with the result that we were promised that the matter is settled and we wouldn't receive reminders anymore. Unbelievable. It seems that their support is not capable of an easy task.
