I spent almost $200 to get five customed made Football Jerseys. I specifically typed in the message when ordering, to please call before processing as I wanted to order additional sizes but didn't have the size on hand when initially placing the order. No call ever came. Looked up customer service number on line, called 12 times, varies days, varies time, NO ANSWER. I am tracking order by using "SHOP". get back a delivery message stating "Attempted Delivery: No access. The package is undeliverable and will be returned to the facility". I specifically had package come to my job which is a STATE University. The mailroom is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. NO DELIVERY WAS ATTEMPTED. No one is responding to the customer service number. NOW, no one is responding to the emails. A big scam, fraud

I’m really hoping this is not the shirt you corrected. Now you once again got it wrong. I asked for East bound to be two words. For Burt to rest in the shoulder of Mickey. it was corrected. Now you printed the mistake again. Please..PLEASE, call if you’re not sure. 😢 it’s for my brothers funeral. PLEASE, call to get it right.

I am so irritated with this company. They are not replying to my emails in a timely manner. I ordered my son senior shirt and it needed to be here in time. They not even letting me know whether the order has shipped out yet. They are full of it. Don't use this company. Disrespectful and a scam.

If I could give a negative review, I would. I ordered this cap in honor of my husband's service in the army. It is pathetic what I got back. Besides costing so much, it is cheaply made with shoddy imprinting instead of stitching. The bill is even crooked. I'm afraid to try and straighten it out because I believe there is cardboard inside. Very disappointed and I was anxiously waiting for it for 3-4 weeks.

I ordered a personalized T-shirt jersey and a hoodie. Both look amazing! Colors are bright and quality is good! What I received is exactly what was pictured as ordered. No major problems with tracking my order and mail time was meh (usps … what do you expect)! Definitely met/exceeded my ecxpectations! Thank you Interest Pod! I will definitely consider you for my future personalized orders as well feel confident referring friends to you!!!

I must say I got lucky and was able to wear my custom gear to the first football game of the season. I just ordered 7 more items for senior night and by the looks of the reviews, I pray it comes on time. The shirt and hoodie I ordered are amazing and image is flawless and I was able to show off my football player. Absolutely love the shirt and hoodie!

I ordered 2 football jerseys. Took about 20 days to come in but I am completely satisfied with both jerseys! The colors are bright, quality is great! I can’t wait to wear it to my grandson’s football game!

I ordered a sweatshirt with both my football players name and # on it. I love the quality of the sweatshirt and I liked that I could personalize with 2 players info.

I bought a sweatshirt from this company and the quality was so poor. It was like they got the shirt from the dollar tree. I am so disappointed. This was not cheap but the quality of the merchandise was. I will never buy from them again.

Ordered a shirt for a retirement party. Here it is 15 days later and no shirt. Now I have to run out and find something to replace the gift. Maybe it will come tomorrow. Looking at the latest email it says 5-7 business days in the US and 20-35 for international shipping. Is this an international shipment?

Having very difficult time tracking order. I’ve emailed customer service etc.. no response. Order number is invalid

At first the customer service was pretty good, contact was pretty quick, did accept corrections because it was before print time! Did have to go back n forth a tad to get tracking and delivery specifics. I could deal with that.
Fast forward receive item and noticed that printing was wrong on one side of item. American flag flying backwards on the hat, I contacted the customer support email (9 emails back n forth ) of how they were in the right! They even sent an email to me of there version of what it was supposed to look like, well my hat n picture proved them wrong and they still insisted they were correct!
I sent last email 3 days ago and no response but before it was a day or two to respond back. You can’t even call there phone number cause no one ever answers, just rings n rings! And the phone numbers they give is just to have it to have a business contact!
I wish I could attach the picture here to show what they try to do, all I want it to fix the problem! What a shame to deceive people!

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from this company. I received no comfirmation email or tracking information. I never received the custom Father's Day shirt I ordered for my husband, and only when I inquired about our missing shirt did I finally receive tracking information. Unfortunately, the shirt was delievered (according the the tracking info) weeks ago, which is not helpful. Now, InterestPod has said if I can get the post office to say it was misdelivered, I can have a refund. The post office says it was delivered and will have nothing to do with me. So, I'm out $44. However, had InterestPod provided tracking information in advance of the delivery, I could have made sure someone was home to receive the shirt or check our security camera for footage. Now, the footage is too old to check. Overall, just order your tshirt from somewhere else and stay away from this disorganized mess of a company.

What a screwed up place to buy
I finally got my T-shirt and God knows I wish that never ordered from him. First of all I paid $43 and then I seen where they was only asking $21 a week later. They miss spelt two of the places they served this is not worth, anything I would not recommend this Place for anybody to buy. I wish I would’ve seen the reviews before I bought it.

This shirt was exactly as described and my husband loves it very much! Very good buy and a very good gift for the special man in your life

When placing my order it was for a hoody, I paid and received a confirmation with the order reflecting a shirt. There’s no way I’d pay $50 for a tshirt

I requested cancellation but not within two hours

BEWARE DECEPTIVE PRACTICES: I paid double the price for expedited "2-Day Delivery" in order for the item to arrive before Father's Day on 6/16. On 6/16, I received an update that a new delivery would be 6/18. Then I saw the fine print on a separate webpage: "2-Day Delivery AFTER item completes production."

HA! Wow. Shameless caveat! Why would I pay extra for an indeterminant delivery date lol??

From these other posts, I see they want to mitigate negative reviews by steering the customer to their "support" email (see company replies: site won't let me include their contact email in this review).

But here's another joke: I DID email that support address on 6/16 to inquire about the postponement and to request reimbursement for their fraudulent expedited delivery charge. Guess what? They never responded. Let's see how the SCAMMERS deflect this one...

Shame on your deceptive practices, InterestPOD. Unless you reimbusrse me and/or OWN YOUR SCAM ADVERTISING, you lose this one. Good luck.
