Ordered flowers and box of chocolates…
Ordered flowers and box of chocolates for daughter’s birthday as I live in another town. Beautiful flowers were delivered on birthday but I got a message to say “courier left chocolates at shop so will deliver them next day”. I was very disappointed as that is not the same thing. I said I don’t want chocolates delivered next day and asked for refund, this was given no problems. However the gift I imagined wasn’t quite right

I got advised flowers were in there way but not that they had been delivered.
I sent an email through an address off your site but nobody responded.

Birthday surprise
My friend who I gifted the surprise to for her birthday was very surprised and happy to receive it. She said the flowers were lovely and the addition of the chockies and hand cream made it even more special.
