Placed the order, was advised that delivery was 3-5 days as items were in stock. Eight days later, no communication or furniture! No reply made to my email or phone call. I sent a second email advising that if I didnt hear anything after another 7 days I would contact my bank and seek chargeback payment! I then received an email that they had cancelled the order due to low stock. Very poor, would not use again!!

Totally disappointed and frustrated with the service I received. I have no furniture, haven't seen the refund yet and no reason given for why the furniture I ordered has not been delivered to me. In fact, I received an email saying I cancelled my order and to wait for my refund (I did not cancel my order).

Placed an order over £100 pound worth, had the email to confirm it , within over a weeks time I still hadnt had a email to say when my order will be sent out , tried ringing the phone number on website and no one would ever answer , also emailed 2 different email addresses (from the website) about my order and still didn’t get no response then suddenly out of no where I got a email too say my order got cancelled and said id be refunded as it was ‘ not in stock’ but clearly shows on the website it IS in stock. Still have not yet recieved my refund so will have to go through my bank! Absolute shocking company , don’t know how they are still up and running as a website that scams people. DO NOT use this company!
Possible scam seller
Site promises delivery in 3-5 working days. I cancelled my order when this passed, and received no correspondence from the seller. Today, a few days after raising a dispute via my bank, I received a cancellation notice confirmation from the website, which included a 'Refunded' status. Although this can't have been an immediate refund as I haven't received any refund. Given the need to involve my bank, I doubt I would even have received the cancellation notice without raising a dispute, and one has to suspect that this seller makes their money from the people who don't pursue their money back or don't know how to.

I ordered and paid for a 5 drawer bedroom furniture it suggested I would receive my furniture between 3 to 5 days I heard nothing no emails to tell me delivery date I rang 4 times but just went to answerphone I heard nothing for another few days I started to email the company many times with no reaction. I went to trust pilot which unfortunately did not check and they all the reviews had gone the same way some never got their money back and some had to go through paypal to recover money. There were to many reviews to be a one off I don't think this company has any stock don't know why there are still in business or not been shut down by trading standards. I threatened to go down to Leicester to retrieve my money although I live in Manchester a 2 and half hour drive I then received a email saying the phones had been down for a couple of days and a apologe got refund after 4 days should not of had to do this ebay, amazon Temu give refunds almost immediately good luck don't touch them

Very bad experience, I bought two wardrobes,on the page is says 3-5 days delivery . I call the shop on 5 day to ask when they will delivery because I didn't hear from them at all no tracking number noting !! The guy say he will call me back and never did ,after a week I get a email which was saying I cancel my order and I will get refund on my wish ,what was completely not true !! I wish I had looked at these reviews before trying to buy from this company. I emailed, and used their chat. Eventually I looked at their Facebook page and Instagram to see that they had not posted anything on either since 2022, and had negative reviews. I was worried about my order so asked on chat again if they were still trading. They said they were, but "as I was worried about it, they were cancelling my order". Honestly, it is laughable. Then they said my item (a coffee table that was showing as in stock today) was out of stock, which seems to be a standard answer for them, so I asked why they had lied. No answer to that question, they just said they hadn't lied about them still trading. Then I get an email saying I had requested the cancellation and refund, which I had not. It is about time that Trading Standards got involved with this trader and stopped them taking anyone else's money.

The worst company who firstly lied about delivery time and then were a nightmare to contact and didn't reply to their web chat. Finally PayPal had to get involved to get a refund. Avoid at all cost.
