I ordered a boucle footstool last year. All communication has been ignored. They are scammers. Avoid at all costs. So far no way to retrieve refund. Reading the below gives me little hope.
This is a fraudulent company that claims to make and deliver furniture but simply takes your money with no recourse.
I paid for custom bar stools and was told they would be delivered in 6 weeks. It has been 8 months and they have not been delivered.

I have had the worst experience with this company. First they delayed the delivery of the armchair I ordered on July 2 with the confirmation that it would be delivered by the 17th latest. Two weeks later I still didn’t receive it.
After a few follow ups and no responses I finally reached someone on their whatsapp number and requested a refund, which they accepted, however I have not received since. This has been going on for 2 months (total 3 months with all delivery delays).
Despite numerous messages via email and whatsapp I have not heard back from them, this made me seriously questioning the legitimacy of this company.
UPDATE SEP 16: After I wrote my experience on their Facebook page I finally received an email accusing me of defaming the company with my honest and factual review. They asked me to remove the review and they would refund me, which I did last week. I did not receive the refund nor any response on my follow ups.
UPDATE SEP 22: No armchair or refund has been received. Also, their UK and AUS Facebook pages closed down after I left my reviews.
Please be careful. This is clearly a scam!
UPDATE NOV 1: I received an email from them requesting to take down the reviews and threatening me with legal action. No refund was made nor item received. It has been exactly 4 months since I placed the order. Glad to see that others are coming forward as well.
