Habe ein tolles Geschirr von Rose & Tulipani dort bestellt und zwar zuerst Becher, dann halbes Jahr später Teller und tiefe Teller. Jedes Mal super schnell geliefert, guter Preis und sehr netter Service - 1 Teller war kaputt und wurde sofort ersetzt. Immer gerne wieder!
Auf den Fotos im Onlineshop sah alles hochwertig und toll aus, entsprechend den eher hohen Preisen. In der Realität entpuppte sich dann die bestellte Ware als Billigware, alles aus billig wirkendem, zu leichtem/weichem Plastik, das aus meiner Sicht völlig überteuert verkauft wird. Ich fühle mich getäuscht von diesem Shop und werde da garantiert nie wieder einkaufen.
Nachdem die Artikel nicht angekommen sind wurde mir eine teurere Alternative angeboten, die ich ablehnte. Wochen später wurden die Artikel ohne meine Zustimmung erneut an mich verschickt (ich hatte mich schon längst um Ersatz gekümmert). Als ich diese Bestellung kommentarlos stornierte, weil ich keine Lust auf weiteren verschwendeten Emailverkehr hatte, wurde ganz plötzlich ein Nachforschungsantrag aufgegeben - nachdem ich schon eine Nichterhaltserklärung abgegeben hatte.

Bestellung wurde nach über 6 Wochen storniert. eine Stornierung ist rechtlich nach 14 tagen nicht mehr möglich! die Bestellung wurde sofort bezahlt. keine Entschädigung. angeblich nicht lieferbar! ware wird aber teurer weiter angeboten!
