This is the most disgustingly bad…

This is the most disgustingly bad shipping company in Bulgaria. Their business model is to never deliver anything, then ask you to come to their warehouse in the suburbs of the city and collect your parcel. If it was only that it would have been bad enough but then again, they search for 1-2 hours before it can be found. Total mess and blatant disregard for other people’s time

Strongly disappointed

I would like to express my deep disappointment with my experience using the courier company Interlogistica. The shipment was picked up on October 17, and as of today, October 22, there is still no information about its delivery to the recipient. I will never use Interlogistica’s services again.

I do not recommend working with them

I do not recommend working with them!
They attempted to deliver without prior notice by email or text message.

After an unsuccessful attempt at an unspecified time, they return the shipment directly to the warehouse, without the right to a second delivery attempt.

Their attitude shows a lack of interest, and their disregard for problems shows an inability to be flexible within their own system.

They are thieves

There's bad courier services and then there's Interlogistica. I've had to use their services in the past and if I can help it I try to avoid having to go through it again. Sadly, I ordered an item from Germany that was sent with GLS who partner with Interlogistica in Bulgaria so I was kind of forced to use their services. So the item was ordered on June 28th and sent right away. Today is July 17th and I called the seller to check what the hell is happening with my stuff, and they send me a tracking link where I find that my item has been sitting at Interlogistica's office since July 4th and they haven't been bothered to deliver it. So I called them to ask them where's my stuff and why nobody got in touch with me. They first claim they've sent me an email which I instantly explain they haven't. Then they claim they tried to call me but only have one number for me on file -- turns out it's the number I am calling them from so it's clear they didn't call me. Then they tell me they know nothing more and ask me to call their local office in my city. There they claim the courier tried to deliver which is weird because you know, they would have rang my door, or my phone, or at least sent some sign they have. Then they tell me they'd deliver tomorrow.

I don't know what would have happened if I didn't figure out that GLS delivers with Interlogistica in Bulgaria. That's an item I've paid for, it's not cheap and I was just about to chargeback the money I spent on it because it's not normal to wait almost a whole month. In effect, what Interlogistica does is instead of delivering they just keep the items in their office, I guess until the rightful owner of the item either forgets about it, or gives up on it and charges back. I don't know, I guess the only right word for this would be theft.

Really bad

I am starting to think that this is just money laundering company.
Unfortunately I had to use it several times since they are partners with GLS in Bulgaria. Each time my order was delayed. I did not ever receive my last package.
Avoid at any cost.

Bad service

I called them to change the delivery address since I couldn't be there. Then when the day for delivery came it still arrived at the original one. When I called to ask they said "Unfortunately your package is with the courier who answers for the region where the original address is located in", so they dropped it off in some random EasyPay office which I had to go out of my way for and rush after work to get to. These guys can't change something as simple as that.

Unprofessional service

On 14th of June I was notified from the German supplier that my parcel has been dispatched via GLS. On 18th/6 I received an email from their local/obviously/ partner ‘Interlogistica’ informing me that the delivery will done within 2 days.On 21 I’ve received an message that my address is incomplete which was not true,However I’ve answered straight away and asked them when should I expect my parcel and the response of Maria/branch Plovdiv/ was … on 25th of June because their route is planned for that date. What do I care for their planning?First of all…
‘Okay I’ve asked , can I come in person at the office to collect it because it was urgent? Yes, she answered, but you have to inform me in advance what time…WT…?
So Locally the delivery got delayed with 5 days , and the distance between the office and the delivery address is approximately 10 miles.
The parcel arrived quicker from DE to BG
I was asking myself who is the customer.
Kindly advice you to improve your customer service guys. I lost money because of you, will you refund me? Naaa

unprofessional service

Unprofessional service. I was waiting for a parcel from Italy but I received no notification when the parcel arrived in the country. However, I was daily tracking my pack until I saw that it was sent to a non existent delivery point in Sofia.
It took me 6 hours and 7 unanswered phone calls to connect with them and receive more information about the parcel. Apparently the delivery company from Italy did not provide neither my Bulgarian address, nor my contact, so I gave the missing information to Interlogistica and arranged a new delivery. I have to say that the girl I talked to was very sweet but she gave me wrong information. She didn't check the weight of my parcel and when she indicated me a new delivery point that again it turned out to be a non existent one. The next day I received a phone call (after I wrote them an email demanding for clarification) in which they told me that my parcel is too big to be delivered and I had to take it from their main office in Sofia. I went there and I took my parcel. For this reason I give two stars. It was a three day very confused journey that I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Very unprofessional service

Very unprofessional service. My parcel arrived from Amsterdam to Bulgaria for less time than I will get the parcel delivered to me in Bulgaria. I have been waiting for them so many days and they cannot deliver. First time they didn’t call my number because is international… so the delivery failed. The rest of the days I have been waiting and calling them but no reasonable explanation is provided. Ruined all of my plans as when I ordered it was stated 8 business days maximum, however it has been way more than that and I still haven’t received my parcel.. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Customer service not helpful as different people tell me different things. Hopefully at some point I will get my parcel. I will make sure I don’t use their service any more. I have to stay home waiting for them not even knowing if they will come or not.Very disappointing.

Interlogistica a lying company

I was called by Interlogistica that I had to pick up my parcel pretty far from where I live. Without doing an attempt to deliver. I have been home the whole week to accept the package.

A few minutes after the call, I received an email that I had to provide my telephone number and my address.
They just called me a few minutes before I received the email! Why my telephone number?!
For me, this means they are lying.

And the address??? When the address is wrong on a parcel, missing or damaged, they have to send it back to the seller. No questions asked!

I have informed the seller and I will not buy an item online any more, when I know in advance this will be the delivery company.

Interlogistica delivery

Interlogistica had final delivery to my door from one of their international shipping partners. However, the partner had incompletely and incorrectly addressed the parcel from an Amazon seller, and had not included my telephone number. So, the Interlogistica courier was not able to either deliver it to my door or to call me; however, they had enough information to determine which parcel shop was close. When I called about the package, they were able to quickly match the number. I was able to pick up the package after a short walk.
