I can not subscribe and upgrade my membership.
Its annoying.

Barely filled in my profile and was contacted by women, this is clearly suss I'd not even put details or a photo on! I asked are you a bot or romance scammer! Didn't hear much again, tried to login the next day they had terminated my account, guess I was on to them. Its clear this whole site is a scam. Even the good reviews on here aren't genuine (reviews can be brought quite easily). Be warned, its very hard to cancel also, the whole site is a complete sh1tshow! Do not pay them a penny!! Don't even join just stay clear!!

Worst site ever, so many fake accounts

Easier to chat with single people

First problem: there is no real customer service, the HELP function does not reply to individual problems.
2nd problem: it is not clear that by choosing the international site those sites from other nations MUST BE PAID EXTRA and are not included.
3rd problem: Once i had chosen international and discovered that my favourite nation is not included, there is no help function to correct my choice.

Summary: an automated site where the customer feels let alone when there is a problem.

Why if I send back forward the blue Merchant card the receiver not reading and respon then send Beck messege to my dm.

It's wild how many scam accounts there are. So many accounts are clearly not genuine people.

Also, the cupid site has these little traps that, I think, effectively try to get you to spend money unintentionally. Like, in the message app, they have these stupid gifts you can send people that cost real money. They are so easy to accidently click on when sending messages, and there's not "confirmation;" like.. "are you sure you want to send this gift".

To me, it comes accross and very scamming. There's no way they didn't consider that in the design process, "should we make sure they actually want to send money to someone when they click this button?"

Therefore, I give this site 1 star. There are more reasons why, but I dont' want to waste anymore time on this.

Oh, I should add. I reached out to support about this, how I accidently sent 590 coins to someone, and mentioned the issue of no confirmation when I clicked on it. And, there messaging app is super buggy which makes it extra easy to accidently click that button. They gave me some rediculous reply that essentially said, "you should be more mindful next time."

Profile are good

The site is full of scammers especially Colombian, Filipinas and African girls.
Don't waste your time and money.

The website is good, but the payment a problem. Never use you’re creditcard, don’t. Only ideal. If you want to pay for one month, they write of one year for example. The did. And there is no possibility to reach someone to help or solve. Happend several times for this site and also Ukrainidate. Same owner.

I came upon on this site bcoz the features are friendly user! It made me easy to locate the location of whom i want to meet! Thank you and more power!

I wish if I could at least read and send one message for the person who like each other. Please! 🙏

I have had a lot of success on this Cupid

I loved this application but I have failed to get a perfect match from here, am always requested to change emails and password which is Abit hectic...but I will not give up until I come back here to testify, I wish we could also be given enough time to communicate to one another, with thanks.

1. Poor slow navigation
2. Even when you delete your profile it still live for 30 days
3. Every time you log in there is an attempt to have your details shared with vendors

My big experience here is , I found someone here in the first time good and the the ending is nothing
