purchase a international drivers permit and never received it. I tried their customer service which is a joke and it took them 3 days to respond and then never responded after I sent 4 more email. This company is a joke and i still don't have my physical copy after i sent them a new address to send it.
Fake not accepted by rental and police
We bought a 3 year IDP (international driving document) from the site for use in Thailand. They indicate that Thailand is one of the countries that supports their IDP.
Today we were stopped by the Thai police in Phuket. They indicate they only work with an international driving license card and nothing else. We tried very hard with a printed version of the IDP from international driving agency but there was nothing we could do. So we had to pay the fine :-(
It's a fake website/company and I lost $130.
I applied for Digital + Print IDP which never arrived. I mailed the customer support repeatedly and there has been no response.
No reply at my emails and the hard copy of the license NEVER arrived. It's a scam!
The website said a digital IDP was accepted in Romania. It was not. They are not honoring the satisfaction guarantee and retiring the cost. They ask for a written refusal from car company that the car company will not provide.
Fraud company. They charge money and dont give anything in return
