I placed an order more than a week in advance specifically to ensure that the bouquet would arrive on time for a special occasion. I even paid an additional fee for delivery.
Now, after all of this, the bouquet has still not been delivered within the paid time slot.

Had I known that your company was incapable of fulfilling its promises, I would never have entrusted you with such an important order. The entire purpose of sending these flowers was ruined because of your failure to deliver on time.
I am outraged by the incompetence and complete lack of professionalism shown by your company.

I was very happy with the provided services. The company contacted me to inform that the plant I have ordered was currently out of stock, but the provided photos for other colors. Additionally, they informed me that the payment had been done twice and refunded the extra payment. Delivery was smooth and the person who received the flowers was impressed.

I was disappointed with my order. The flowers were not fresh when they arrived, and the bouquet arrangement did not look as nice as expected. I believe the presentation could have been much better, especially considering the price. I hope the company improves its quality and pays more attention to freshness and design in future orders.

I use exclusively the flores and i 5hink that prices could be more cheeper.
Besides in a lot of country in the World the pair number is used for funeral, the unpair for gifts. Should be possible, for the same ptoduct, effect the both choice (pair or unpair)

As good service as before except Reception one day after my demand

Ordered for a delivery on a specific date, in a given time slot. As the bouquet was not delivered, I was informed in the evening that delivery would be in a couple of days instead. I could cancel or accept. I replied to cancel.
Next day, the bouquet was delivered - but too late, I already had to buy something else.
I want my money back, but now they don't reply to my mails.
Don't use them!
