Not reliable
Delivered later than the selected delivery date. It was supposed to be an anniversary present, but it became a pointless, overpriced box, as it wasn't delivered on time.

Paid for deluxe, received disappointment
I paid CHF 90 for the Vivid Whimsy bouquet, expecting it to look like the photos and description online. Instead, I got a bouquet that barely resembled either — missing flowers, wrong overall look, more in line with a CHF 20 arrangement. To make things worse, the three roses meant to justify the "deluxe" label were already wilting on arrival. I contacted support hoping for a fair resolution, and they offered CHF 10 back. That's it. Steer clear of InternetFlorist unless you enjoy being let down.

Incorrect bouquet delivered and lack of team support
I ordered Vivid Whimsy bouquet and paid a final price of CHF 90. The bouquet delivered did not match the description, did not contain flowers that were in the online description and did not resemble a bit to the photo. It was more like a CHF 20 bouquet. Moreover, the only three roses in the "deluxe" version bouquet were visibly wilted and not fresh at the time of delivery. When I reached out to their support they offered to reimburse CHF 10. Do not ever use InternetFlorist if you don't want to get embarassed.

Overall, I’m happy with the service and the fast delivery. The only disappointment was that the bouquet did not quite match the photo on the website. The color proportions were noticeably different — the website showed a well-balanced mix of pink, purple and white roses, while the delivered bouquet was predominantly white with fewer colored roses. Unfortunately, this made it look less vibrant and less impressive than expected. Apart from that, everything went smoothly, so I’m giving 4 out of 5 stars.
