In general, the experience depends on the network coverage. Wherever the coverage was good, I was very satisfied by the internet speed.
In few spots of the Luang Prabang region, the coverage was insufficient.
Overall, a very good experience !

It was our second time to order SIMs from Internet in Laos. We ordered 21 SIMs for our member visited Laos for governmental event. Thanks to them, we didn't have to wait in the airport forming long queue to buy SIMS. To our request, they even provided phone numbers for each sims in advance, so we were able to inform team members of phone numbers before arrival and were able to start working immediately. Of course SIMs are a little cheaper if bought at the airport on arrival, but the difference is almost nothing, as it saves a lot of our precious time at the destination. They were very flexible, and attentive. We will definitely use their service in our future visit.

Only one thing I recommend you is to inform your accommodation beforehand that they are going to receive envelope from Internet in Laos which contains your SIMs. If you inform them in advance, they will keep it appropriately and will hand it to you immediately on your arrival.

The team of Internet in Laos made sure i received the order in time, since the internet at the hotel in Vientaine was very slow. What is great that they made a picture of the delivery, because some hotel staff can barely speak English. So i could show the hotel the picture to get the sim card, well done!

We arrived in Laos and needed a SIM card, found this company through a blog online.
Within 4 hours of contacting them we had 2 sims with 10gb of data. The service they offer is incredible, if you are visiting Laos(Vientiane) they’ll make your life very easy.

This is the review for anyone skeptical of this service. There was a miscommunication with my order when I arrived in Laos. My frustrations were quickly extinguished by prompt customer service and an immediate refund. There is such a shortage of professionalism and great customer service these days.
