The service was made for people who want something useful but also care about their privacy. It doesn't look fancy, but it does what I need without getting in the way.

I mostly used it to back up documents and share files with my family. It's worked well for that, and I like that it has built-in security instead of having to set it up myself.

Had an issue with accessing my files via internxt CLI. reached out for help and support was quick and helpful! I also think it is pretty good value for the money and considering full encryption - I feel pretty comfortable keeping my files with this provider. Will continue using them.

The idea that only I can get to my files is what drew me in. Most popular storage platforms don't give you that level of control.

Excellent web hosting with fast server speed and high uptime. My company's website functions well and without any problems. I have total piece of mind thanks to their privacy-focused products and safe cloud storage. Customer service is very professional and quick to respond.

It's been easy to upload files, and I like how clean the interface is. It doesn't try to do too much, which makes it easier to use every day.

I want to find a place to back up important files without feeling like my data was part of a bigger ad system. Internxt seems to care more about privacy than anything else.

The most important thing for me is peace of mind. I keep personal papers here, and it makes me feel good to know that they are encrypted before they leave my computer.

This time I encountered a little trouble and tried to get in touch with the support staff. They quickly answered to my question and responded as they should.

It takes too long to load, and the page reloads constantly. Additionally, selecting and relocating multiple files is difficult due to the lack of a multi-selection feature.

I purchased a 30TB Lifetime plan from Internxt when it was effectively the top-tier offering. I made that decision on the basis that “lifetime” meant stability — both of storage and of core functionality.

Over the past two years I have experienced two separate data-loss incidents. Both required escalation and only one resulted in a partial refund after a lot of effort. The customer support did not inspire confidence; the process felt slow, templated and defensive.

More recently, CLI/Rclone access, functionality that was previously available, has been moved behind a higher paid tier. I am now being asked to pay €390 (after a “90% discount”) to restore infrastructure access that once formed part of the practical value of my account.

That fundamentally alters the proposition; a Lifetime plan is only meaningful if the scope of what you’ve bought is stable. If features can later be reclassified and monetised again, then the term lifetime becomes misleading.

My experience has been one of shifting tiers, reactive support, and limited accountability when decisions are escalated.

I would not recommend purchasing a Lifetime plan under these conditions. If long-term reliability and clarity matter to you, look very carefully before committing and consider alternatives such as Icedrive or pcloud, both of which deliver better performance and are transparent about their offering.

Addition 27/02/26: Internxt replied below and to be clear I still have access to the 32Tb of online storage, but I've lost access to their Webdav offering and they haven't grandfathered previous lifetime plan holders into their rclone support; this means all I can use is their unreliable sync client (I've lost data twice despite their "fixes" to the client - see my previous verified review).

In short, the definition of lifetime plan clearly differs and, as the reviews on Trustpilot (and many on Reddit) suggest, it's a service you're probably better avoiding.

Rclone with webdev and there native don't work 9/10 times and if works it's super slow. I tried to upload 300 files with size of 70gb and rclone took 4 days before i pulled the plug and it said it needed 2 more week to upload it.... greaaaat.
I contacted the support multiple times and they answer always but sometimes few days later, so no access in the time in between. There website can only load 10 items and for the rest it gives a fetch error. There app does the same.

I try to cancel my subscription. I read online if you stop it you hold what you payed for. I payed for 5tb for a year but right after i cancel it he removed the space and now i got 1gb.... how can they remove something you payed for.... i bought it almost 2 months ago so no refund that is fair it said 30 days. But in those 2 months i only had connections issues and this there was a outages for 2 days and never mail me that there are problems or whatever.

After this i googled some review on reddit ect. And most ppl are experiencing the same. So please stay away.

Transfer data rate is slow.
No clear instruction for execution a process, i.e backup is not clear how to do backup for data

At the moment I am using two European Cloud services for media backup, and I have to say the upload speeds I get with Internxt are phenomenal. I have a pretty slow ISP subscription, and am now uploading with a secondary old router over WiFi with 80 mbps, using a 2013 WiFi card. That is quite impressive as the limiting factor obviously is only on my side of the network.

Half baked service.
I signed on 3 months ago, trying to upload my data without any success. I worked with their customer support acting as their QA, testing their new releases. After all this effort the service is still not functional for me. I requested to cancel my subscription and get a refund. Which they refused.

In addition, the service crashes and is not reachable for prolonged periods of time without any notice
