Bad news: if you were excited by their advertising that indicated that the services were 99.9% uptime, then I tell you that in less than a month, we already have 5 open tickets. The latest: SERVER OFFLINE. DOWN. All this without sending us any change or maintenance alert.
A month ago when we changed IMH for Interserver and contracted a plan, the problems began and they indicated that they had actually detected problems with a service (direct admin and that the fault was DA) and that they could see about changing servers. I didn't want to make the change because I understood that it was just a DA related issue and I was already doing the migration, which was complicated by issues with interserver.
Now I see that the problem is something else: probable overselling of services, or serious problems with the hardware.
The problem is that the support staff—against all logic—insisted the problem was ours, when it clearly wasn't. They even had the nerve to show us that the server was operational.

it is up and running and there were no outages related to this server.
All webhosting accounts are limited in resource usage. All details regarding the webhosting packages and their limits can be found here:
interserver net [...] /webhosting/boost
When your webhosting account is hitting resource limits - timeout errors may appear instead of the expected website content.
I would recommend you to carefully check the resource usage for your hosted websites and see if the webhosting account requires upgrade.

It's a shame Dimitri says that without looking into anything. All we had on that hosting was a static website and four (4) email accounts. But oh well, that's how it is: it's always the client's fault. How convenient!...
Only when we pressured them and showed them evidence confirming the constant downtime, observed from different parts of the world, did they offer to switch our hosting to another server, which confirms our suspicion: that service was unreliable. What a shame!

I’ve been using InterServer since 2021. I purchased my VPS specifically because it clearly included a free DirectAdmin license.
Now suddenly, my DirectAdmin login shows EXPIRED on the VPS.
What’s confusing is that inside my InterServer client area, the DirectAdmin license still appears as free and active, yet on the actual server it’s disabled. This contradiction is frustrating.
Any internal changes between InterServer and DirectAdmin are not the customer’s responsibility. I made my purchase decision based on what was promised at checkout.
I run real business systems on this VPS. Unexpected license expiration directly affects operations.
If InterServer can continue providing the service as originally agreed, I’m willing to renew next month. Otherwise, I’ll move to another provider that honors commitments.
Transparency and consistency matter — especially for long-term customers.

I have changed many providers, and I always come back to InterServer. In my opinion, it is the best provider that currently exists. I have been using both VPS and Shared Hosting plans, and they have worked very well. I never had any problems, never experienced errors, and all packages are super fast, unlike my experience with other providers. The support team is also extremely professional. I strongly recommend InterServer.

When they perform maintenance, they schedule and inform customers, but they don't meet the maintenance deadlines. They change dates and times, inconveniencing their customers by leaving them without service for as long as they want, demanding only patience. They don't solve problems; they only provide information when and how they want, and they lie to customers. Their customer service and technical support are terrible. If their services are critical, don't hire them.

As a customer, I did not have a positive experience with this service provider. I got a fully managed VPS with 8 slices and experienced worse service in 2026.
The setup was so quick, but it was not right because rushing the setup without the right configuration puts you at 100% risk.
I am still not sure about the company's level 2 tech support with their skills because they don't know what they are doing with the VPS. My VPS is always unavailable, and why I asked last time; they said the VPS was frozen. I asked them why it was frozen, and they said they don't have logs. Then asked them why there is no log. They said it hadn't been configured yet.
They look very affordable, but the quality is not GOOD. I just shared my experience with them.

Great company, I've been using them for dedicated machine services for a few years and they are hands down my favorite. Customer support is typically very quick to resolve issues and understanding of what you're trying to get done. Pricing is some of the best on the market and they don't use inflation as an excuse to jack up prices.

I am currently using their Storage VPS plan hosted in the Los Angeles datacenter. The connection to Asia is impressively fast with consistently low latency.
The most amazing part is the pricing: providing 1TB of storage for just $3 USD per month is unheard of. I haven't found any other provider capable of offering such massive capacity at this price point. It is absolutely perfect for daily backups, such as storing personal photos.
In terms of network performance, the Ookla Speedtest results were thrilling, with both upload and download speeds exceeding 2000Mbps. Furthermore, their customer support is top-notch; my tickets were addressed within an hour with effective solutions. Given the price and quality, I couldn't be more satisfied.

Zero is what they deserve
In 2026 this is not acceptable.
I rented a server from interserver for a month and cancelled it about 2 weeks before renewal so ample notice is given to avoid rebilling...I however, wanted to use my server until the expiration date of my VPS plan. They actually shut down the server on the same day!!! Not only it is very difficult to find the cancel link, but canceling does not mean that I want the server to be taking down before the lease expiration.
If Cancel = Instant Permanent Shutdown of the server. Why not put a clean findable link for Rebilling cancelation so user do not get confused...
